After Delivery support is worse

This is feedback to LG and Amazon together. After delivery support is worse. Installation support guys are playing ping pong and not coming for installation from past 2 days. There are scratches on the body, package is totally torn out soaked in water. This is the worst experience I?m having. At least they should have fixed a specific time for installation instead of keeping me wait.

Will never buy an LG product again

The fridge am told is a direct import from Korea. Our fridge had a major quality issue on day one and LG service team opened up the whole thing and repaired it and refilled gas in our house. I asked for replacement. They didn't heed. They had to come again and fix another issue. After couple of months of waiting for replacement, I removed the stickers on the trays and to my shock the body of the fridge was broken. They refused to do anything saying within purchase of 7 days we have to raise any issue. We had purchased the fridge and got installation done beyond that time because we were waiting for interiors to he finished. I think LG is being unfair and only out there to make money. Customer service and satisfaction is not in their dictionary. Rude attitude too.
