I bought this washing machine during the appliance sale on Flipkart and I must say that I am very happy with the purchase. I live in a non metro but still the delivery was fast. Got the machine within 5 days of ordering it. The machine is really good. Creates very less noise and wash quality is pretty neat. I liked the control panel. It looks and feels premium. The overall size isn't too big so it can fit in the utility area perfectly. Finally I bought this for my parents and my mom was really happy with it. That's all I was looking for.

It is a very good washing machine suitable for a family of 5. Cleaning quality is as good as hand wash. Takes less water to wash cloths than other washing machines and it is significantly less noisy than manual washing machines. Flipkart installation person was not competent to handle the installation. He seemed ill-equipped in the know-how of machine features, he lacked knowledge to give even a basic introductory explanation of machine features. Flipkart should improve installation service or should source it directly from LG company itself. Apart from Installation there was no problem, delivery was timely and save.

This is a technologically advanced drive since it relies on inverter direct drive motor, reducing the number of moving parts, thereby lesser vibration. Got this washing machine under the festive deal. At its price it is really satisfactory. 6 KG is well sufficient for a family of four with average load. For those confused with the Bosch , do make yourself clear that this is more advanced in its drive motor and rest all almost remains the same , also the software is loaded to provide 6 different types of motion which can best make use of different strokes while washing. The wash produces very good cleaning including collar for t shirts which need no further hand wash. Overall I recommend the LG washing machine.

Delivery of the product was amazing. Nicely packed with proper support. Got the installation done on the same day by Jeeves. It's been a month now the quality of the wash is good, except the drum size. Compared with other products in the showroom, in LG the drum size is small. However satisfied with the product and overall worth it. Can go for it.

Purchased the product recently during Diwali offer. Delivery and installation has been arranged by Flipkart as per schedule. Ekart staff have delivered the machine at 4th floor wothout any problem as the Lift is under repair. I appreciate the support extended by Flipkart team and M/s Jeeves for solving the Demo/Installation issue when it has been brought to their notice. The performance and wash quality of the machine is very good. Working almost without noise. But observed some quantity of foam lift near the door gasket after the end of washing process. I recommend to buy through Flipkart.

Working fine.. No issues Have enough modes to choose from and its that silent that you won't notice its running.

This machine is just fantastic! I have experienced washing machines which sound like a Russian helicopter engine but this one is so better and the noise is way to less. Cleaning is very good and no doubt! only concern I have is related to warranty how will this be handled?
