LG's products are good in washing machines, have had a good experience wih WS Retail's delivery. Packing was good, delivery was in a day even though there was no one-day delivery ordered. Installation and demo was given on the very next day. Overall, good wash quality for a competitive price. Thumbs up for flipkart.com and WS Retail.

We had ordered it in the flipkart itself the delivery was done before the estimated date. The packing of the product is excellent there is no damage to the product even a scratch on it. On the second day itself i got the installation. Everything was very good regarding the product less vibration less noise when compared to the other machines. Washing quality is good consumes less water. We get the technicians from the flipkart not from the LG, they do the installation part and provide the basic information regarding operation but to know the the details of the washing programs and the particulars, the accessories(like stand extension of water inlet etc.) u need to call the LG technicians(they charge Rs450 approx). Finally a very good deal with flipkart compared to showroom price and i would recommend it.

This is good with all required features that a Washing Machine should have. I like the compactness of the product and it's functions.

Ordered during the Special Diwali Sale. Deal price is 20k which is good. Order Placed on 28th. Got Delivery on 29th. While delivering the product I noticed that water was leaking out from the package. When I asked about that, the flipkart delivery guys said that it is tested before delivery and that is the reason for the water flow from package. I was extremely suspicious about this and I started doubting if I got a used product which is proved true later (Also the manufacturing date was in June-2015 and the packaging was older). Technician from Jeeves visited on 29th for installation and found the piece to be defective. Detergent Door was not closing properly. Complained to Flipkart on the same day (29th) and received a message saying that the replacement will be provided on Saturday (30th). But, received a call from Flipkart on Saturday (30th) saying that the replacement part will be provide on Tuesday. The LG technician visited on Sunday (31st) and confirmed that the product is defective and also Drum alignment is not perfect. Now waiting for replacement piece. I have informed Flipkart that if I get another defective piece then, I will cancel the order and get refund. Looks like LG is pushing defective pieces through online sale. Update:- Received replacement piece 4th Nov and installation done 5th Nov.. This time the manufacturing date is on October which is sure to be a fresh piece. Washing machine is very good. Already done 6 washes and it is perfect.

Received the product within 2days of order..Looks pretty good.100% satisfied with this product.Less sound,less vibration,uses less water.

Using it for almost 1 month, works perfect! Nice delivery by Flipkart. Delivered the product as per my time. Great! Product installation and demonstration was also initiated by Flipkart. Service engineer came within few hours once the delivery was done. It was a great buy! I'll definitely recommend it to others.

quite & elegant washing M/C from LG and Hassle free delivery/installation from Flipkart. Received it on the scheduled day morning and the installation person showed up in the afternoon. this wouldn't have happened even if you visit a store and get it installed. as marketed its very quite M/C and does its job well. overall happy so far based on few days use.

I am writing this review after using it for 1 months. Delivery and Installation : 5 Star- Delivered on the next day and installation also done on the same day. Thanks flipkart for fast delivery and installation. I have not faced any problem and it is worth for Money. Only cons is 800 RPM, we we put blankets and bedsheet it won't dry apart from this, excellent product.

pros -Value for money. - no issues with shipment - no issue with installation. - when installation was done, there was some water leaking, called the guy who installed, and he fixed it withing a day. - installation is outsourced by flipkart folks and they are very good and helpful cons - max 800rpm

So far i have superb experience with It. About Product: For small family this is the perfect solution. It is on budget and also works perfect. About Flipkart: I recieved this ove day after my ordered. Ekart service is unbelievable. They called me b4 delivering But I rescheduled after my Office Time and on exact time they are infront of my apartment. Best part I give some tips to delivery guys (as My lift was not working), but they politely told thay cant not take any extra money as they have already paid by their comp. #nicegesture

Delivery and installation completed as per schedule..the performance of washing machine is good...

Its silent killer, doesn't make any noise not much noticeable, and DEMO from LG was done within 2 days, LG person was good, and water inlet pipe is small you need to buy an extra pipe, which you can buy from the same LG person with 400 bucks I guess the product it very good just got for it. :)

this is one of the best product I purchased under exchange offer from flipkart (five stars) on time delivery and immediate pick up of the old machine installation was not done on time the service personnel did not come on the specified time he made us wait and came after one day which is not really appreciated. the product is very good value for money, I had used LG 5.5 kg earlier for 8 yr and now this is a good upgrade. very happy

awesome product , delivered in time and installation done next day itself, installation guy did not explain in much details, so you have to self explore its functions, installation guy will offer you its stand worth rs 1000 and machine cover worth rs 300-400 which is worth buying as it is of good quality and fits as per your machine, stand is very god as it canceled any extra noise due to vibration and gives your machine a little extra height which is very handy. Cons: it does not show how much time is remaining to complete wash cycle. machine takes its own time to complete wash cycle based on load. can not predict exact wash cycle.

we r using from past couple of month. seeing no issues. good product. i can give 5 out of 5 rating.

Perfect capacity for a small family. Easy operations, provides sufficient basic wash setups. Makes little or no noise. Normally takes around 1-1.5 hours for complete wash cycle. Very nice wash quality. Occupies less space compared to other relevant machines. There is no digital display that displays remaining time, which is available in other higher end machines. But it doesn't matter as no one keeps to looking at machine. Entry level model thus cheapest one in the range. Other costlier machines provide some extra wash setups or some fancy features. But this one has all usual features which we used most of the times.

Quite happy .......many flexible washing options. Installation is also quite simple, flipkart technicians does it just the next day of its delivery.

Very good quality with almost no noise and many programs. Now I dont have to worry about my soft clothes like tshirt etc. to get deformed after some washes. Highly recommended.

i will give 5 star for lg product... 2 star for flipkart support, they did not give proper installation, flipkart send one person for installation, but he dont know how to fix the water hose pipe to water top, he simpley told u to have change the tap,and he went, after that no one came for instllation, i called local technician, they fixed to the same tap and working also good......and one more i have received with small damage , lg product is good ibrought for 20612
