All my friends suggested LG is the brand to buy incase of Fully Automatic Washing Machines & its true Looks - 5/5 - Grey color, buttons, displays are modern & stylish Wash Quality - 4/5 - As good as it gets in a washing machine Noise Level - Almost non existent! Easy to operate Support - Demo from LG is pending from few days. I am not sure how much time it will take, however manual is sufficient if you can manage will tap fittings Flipkart Service - 5/5 Delivery came exaxtly during the time specified & hassle free I got refund of 1990/- as the price dropped to 30k in just 2 days. I just sent a mail to CC & within few minutes got the refund. This kind of customer service is rare in India!! Long live Flipkart & its excellent service !!

There won't be any vibrations and large sounds when it is running, but the same won't happen in case of Samsung because the motor is rotating the drum with a belt in case of samsung. But LG is providing a motor directly attached to Drum which is called a DIRECT DRIVEN MOTOR. Aslo LG servicing is super even if you are in a village :). Super go for this blindly

I recently purchased this machine.. Wash quality is very good. very less vibration. Flipkart delivered it within 2 days and as expected it was packed very well.

Even though I have not bought it from flipkart,the product is good. I have been using this product since last two years. Have no issues so far & machine is very much silent in operation.you can't make out that machine is running. It cleans well & washing quality is good.

Flipkart delivered the product as specified date....and it is very well packed.... Very nice machine....less vibration.......takes less water and good programs for regularr use. I like it

Worth every penny you pay. Very user friendly and low on maintenance. Even the LG demo response was too quick. Just go for it.

Product is genuine as I had this checked up from LG. This is very silent for a washing machine and service was awesome by flipkart. You can wash daily clothes for 4 people very easily however for heavy use I would recommend more than 6KG.

When it comes to Washing machines, LG stands on the top. If your looking for your clothes to be cleaned well, then LG is the brand to go for. This specific model is the best from the LGs list on 6KG capacity. Do not buy it in the mall since the price there is atleast 6K higher, I checked in croma and reliance digital. Flipkart also gave me the replacement offer of the one one, 10% cash back on an already lower price - so what else could I ask for ! Strongly recommend this to all. Ensure you buy the extended warranty and be at peace for 5 years - it will work out to be cheaper than having a maid/dhoban !

I have been using IFB Front load for last 10 years and decided to change since it started giving issues and pathetic IFB after sales service forced me to look for other brands than IFB. Also i did notice New IFB models and doesn't have same build quality as it used to be 10 Years back. I did a lot of research in finding another Front Loading machine other than IFB. Most of the forums and service engineers suggested me to go for LG. So i went to nearest showroom looking for right model and also wanted to Exchange my old one. I liked this model, however the showroom guys don't may you much for our old Machine. They offered last Rs 700/-!!. Whereas Flipkart was offering 6K for old machine! and also with additional discount which stores didn't offer. So without any second though i ordered here and to my surprise the Machine was delivered next day morning by 8 AM. They picked my old machine and delivered the New LG Machine the same day. Its been more than 8 months now and i am very happy with my choice. The Machine doesn't vibrate as my old one used to and has many features and handles better load!!

Have been using this product for 3 months now and entirely satisfied with the performance. To start with, quick delivery by Flipkart and hassle free installation by LG- nothing was charged for the installation and service was prompt. Features: -The noise is minimal -There are a host of modes for different type of clothing - If any change is required in default settings of these modes, same can also be done -There is an option for only Rinse and Spin (Something I wanted for my mom who insists on washing her clothes by hand and wants to use machine just to dry them) -No issues in case of power cuts. The machine resumed the operations after the power was back, though I had to manually switch on the button -Shows the time remaining for the wash (The most useful feature as per me!) Bottom Line: The machine basically does what it is supposed to do quite satisfactorily.

Ordered through Flipkart, as usual hassle free delivery. Coming to the Product, it's worth spending 30k on this machine. working very well. a very good product from LG.

Excellent washing machine, no second thought, if you really need, just buy this, no sound, no vibration, if you put 4to 5 KGs of cloth, washing will be very good.

I have been using it for a month, it's noiseless and cleans the cloth to the satisfaction. I'll monitor for six more months and then write over all review. About Flipkart service - Excellent, I got the machine in couple of days, and flipkart serviceman came to help on installation though LG was supposed to be helping on it.

We are using it for last 2 weeks........washing quality is good...but it takes at-least 2 hrs for any wash program(Except Quick30...).

I bought this from flipkart and it was delivered next day itself. The machine is really good and removes the dirt very well.

I have been using this washing machine for the past 3 months. Washing quality is very good. It uses less water. It is very silent when the spin is set at 800 or lesser RPM. But it makes noise when you set the spin at 1000 RPM. After washing the water gets stagnant in the front door area and doesn't get drained completely. Flipkart sent this washing machine through Safexpress courier. They took almost 15 days to deliver this item.

I have purchased this product from Flipkart on Electronics sell offer and got the product with great deal.Its very good product with hardly any noise coming out while washing.Washing quality also decent.

When I called LG for installation after I received the washing machine, they informed me that I have to pay for installation and that they do not provide warranty for washing machines bought from flipkart, even though the product page on flipkart says otherwise. I filed a return request on 27th April, and so far I have not got a resolution. DO NOT LG products from Flipkart as they are no longer an authorised dealer. EDIT: Flipkart has offered to refund the money for the product.

Bought this Washing machine and is mighty impressed by the quality of washing we get from this. On other hand flipkart delivery is really appreciated. Like other reviews, this product has missing rat net as contrary to what is mentioned in description of product . I had to get an addition one from market which marked overall experience as pretty ordinary.

I have recently purchased this machine..Flipkart has delivered the machine on time but No one has come for Demo & Installation even after continuous follow up with both LG & Flipkart as per their committed date. It is mentioned in the product description that Standard installation and demo is free of cost still when we contacted LG for same they said that it would be chargeable. I think Flipkart should clearly mention the same in their product description. Also they have not provided Anti Rat cover along with Machine. Machine is good with less vibration.

I ordered this product from Flipkart. Took too long for it to be delivered. Finally when it was delivered there were issues with free installation and demo. After delivery Flipkart executives started giving wrong information about installation and demo. Once I were informed that it will done free of cost from their end and other day they say me to go ahead and contact LG and pay for the service and later get it reimbursed. 5 days since the product was delivered no update on when the installation will happen. Never ever order heavy electronic goods from Flipkart. They mention something on the website and later differ when it comes to warranty/service. Today when I mailed the customer support , I get a reply saying my issue will be addressed by '1 December,2014'. Flipkart service has gone worse these days. Time to say 'goodbye Flipkart'!
