Super good good

Liked it. Looks great in this color compared to plain white which was our earlier machine. Also it is great treat even to watch the way tub moves as direct drive motor spins back and forth. Wash quality also great as always in LG front load.

Product is good. Delivered and installed on time.

The flipkart delivery was done by a single person and we had to carry the exchange product down along with him, also he left the new product down for the installation people to carry it above, alot of confusion was there between them and it took a lot of time to finally get installed and working, but the product is good and no damage, working in good condition.

I am fully satisfied with the purchase. Delivery was made on the very next day of order and installation made within two days. Its performance is excellent.

Pros: *Noiseless operation *Consumes less water *Power efficient (consumes very less power) *Sleek design Cons: *Starting the machine by selecting any wash through wash selector does not display what would be speed and what would be temp? Only displays when we custom set them. *Very small clothes like hankys sometimes get lodged between the door and gasket between door and wash drum. *Whole wash restarts from beginning if there is power outage more than 3.5 hours. *The rat protection cover under the machine is a cheap plastic board cutout and cannot be called as cover.

I have purchased this washing machine in August 2020 for 24.5k. I got this machine within the time limit but when the installation person open the the box we found a dent on the wall after this it takes 10 days for the next replacement and we got a new one washing machine. From LG the washing machine is good, the drain motor making a little noise while throwing the water out but it can be acceptable as the time for the motor is about 30 to 40 second. I rate this thing down because of of service from Flipkart and specially the time delay for the replacement.

Plz dont buy this one ,there is lot of noise is coming from drian motor.
