Good product by LG, using thiz brand since 2004 this is my second from LG.

It is one of the best model in LG product. All features are well. But delivery was too late, taken more than 7 days after expected date. Price(29,249) is less while compare with other stores.

This is my second LG washing Machine and I dont have any issue with the manufacturer or with the delivery. Machine is great, no issue with the delivery either. Just that the order placed online keeps you hanging for the installation after delivery. They forgot the installation, I had to lodge a complaint with Flipkart to get the installation done. Took them 7 days to get a person from LG to come at my place. Now if I would have ordered from any retail shop near by they would have done the installation same day or within a day. Rest everything was good.

Product is good but the service representative is the bad guy. He is very hurry and more focused on selling Washing Machine Stand, Cover and Aqua Purifier to me than focusing on installation. To me he sold a aqua purifier costing 850/- (in Flipkart) for 1300/- cover costing 350/- for 500/-. My bad, I didn't checked in online before purchasing from him

Default LG will give 2 years warranty for this product. if you need additionally 3 years warranty(2+3) , you should pay Rs.5000/- but when you purchase IFB will get 100% 4 years warranty. I prefer IFB only.

Rate is higher than local market.otherwise lt is working good
