I am using this past 10 months, excellent product, good support from LG. Direct drive technology keeps machine stable, very low vibration and very low noise. Product was not bought at flipkart.

Brought this product from LG showroom for 32k, before exchange. Great product.. low noise both during washing and spinning. Have this now for the last 6 months. Don't see any value buying online.

Disappointed with flipkart on buying this machine

Terrible terrible experience buying this machine from flipkart. Poor customer support Though they promise free installation and operation demo but no support despite numerous calls. I purchased the machine on 31 May'15 and its already been 15 days and despite numerous calls, I have been asked to wait more as by mistake they have cancelled my ticket. Very much disappointed from flipkart.
