With 471 Liter, it has enough n well laid out storage. Its easily convertible with high cooling n freshness retention capabilities. Its Stablizer free, fully closed from back with nice Ambience and attractive shape. Wi-Fi connectivity n app based control with nice display of temp n mode are proof of high technology use. And LG has a wide n effective service network. Overall a perfect Kitchen King at reasonable cost for a medium to large family of 4-6. Go for it .

Not cooling properly. The vegetables inside are getting damaged. Logged a complaint with LG... No response yet... Hope will be resolved soon....!LG resolved the issue!???????Now, the product performance is quite satisfactory......

Product is good and the fridge is huge and need lots of space. The reason for 4 star is the fridge makes to much noise and heats a little.other wide it's a good purchase.

New Refrigerator not Working - Faulty Product Delivered.

The Refrigerator is not working (Error on the Refrigerator is attached). Within a day after Installation, the refrigerator was not working. we had launched a complaint to LG and the service person came and confirmed that sensor is not working and had to be replaced. I am delivered with a faulty product and unable to replace the product.

There are complaints hoeever not resolved. I wanted the refridgerator tp be replaced but it didnt happen too much noise in the fridge.

Worst Product supplied, a lot of abnormal noise, after selling LG is not bothered at all to service

Dear LG Team,I bought this product last week (on 18th Oct 2020), and from the date of installation there is abnormal noise in the refrigerator itself. Your technician also did not visited to my place for 4 days for demo and to check the product. Today on 22nd Oct 2020 LG technician visited and within few minutes he concluded that the noise is abnormal and the refrigerator to be replaced but again in evening i got a call stating that some senior engineer will visit my place to repair the refrigerator. I am not able to understand how an brand new product requires repairs in just 4 days and company is not ready to accept the customer's concern and replace the product with the correct one. This is very pathetic customer service and i consider as cheating to customer. How can you supply faulty product and then ask customer that it will be repairs, why should after paying 50000+ i should accept the faulty product. LG is worst in after sales service and I dont recommend any further LG product.
