Great Product

This product is excellent and space was very good cooling was super and we can operate the fridge temperature by using LG Mobile App and have a special option for hygiene fresh which keeps fridge from bad smell and overall this fridge is awesome for this price

Be cautious about means of transporting this heavy refrigerator in case you are living in an apartment. It was tricky to fit this jumbo refrigerator in our apartment lift. Clearance length and height wise is a bare minimum to fit inside the lift. Amazon delivery people are supportive but we have to extra support them. When they call you clearly explain your conditions in order to move the heavy product into your home (especially apartment dwellers on higher floors)Like the dual mode. I am using dual mode means both sections a fridge. Power consumption is a decent minimum. This is quality product, but chase all means for the right price. I mean Amazon offers, Bank offers, also put an eye on wallet purchasing like using payzapp etc... I am happy with its performance from last one month.

Really great product. The net volume of 431L out of the total 471L stands out. Good dimensions as well and doesn't take too much space in your kitchen. The cooling and features are also top notch. The digital control panel on the outside also works well. I bought this from a retail shop and got it a lot cheaper. The quoted price was 55,000 and with other discounts, I got a final price of 48,000. Therefore, I think it's over-priced on Amazon.

Received a damaged product for which a replacement request was immediately accepted by Amazon. The colour of the fridge is better than pictures of it on Amazon. Quite a stunner I must say. The fridge is spacious, the cooling is perfect, easy to operate...does it's job!!!

Initially was little skeptical about ordering such a item from amazon. But all turned out ok. Fridge came with good time , no damages , well packaged.Fridge itself is very spacious, colour looks exactly as shown in the pics. Quiet. The material used for making racks seems sturdy. One good thing is the door has racks right till the bottom ( in front of vegetable basket) hence lots of storage space. The ice tray is moveable. Rest features are as given in item details.

The overall look is very good. It is silent no sound. Inside space is very nicely arranged. It is a pleasure to open the fridge.I am sorry that it will not be possible for me to add a photo or a vodeo

It is a delight to have this refrigerator from LG. It walks the talk.Space is good, performance is excellent and looks are charming.The icing on the cake was prompt delivery and service!

Wifi feature is just a luxury you can use it without it I got for the sheer size and low power consumption good fridge

I am happy with my purchase, colour is good, size is very big as expected, very hard for delivery boy to deliver it, very silient but similar to old fridge noise level because it has a fan around compressor which makes noise, but still noise ka very very low. Only problem is that the delivery department is not alinged with what amazon say, delivery person delayed it and put the comment like customer has asked for postponing delivery, next day he delivered but the vehicle was not big enough so he delivered by tillting refrigerator in the van, this causes minor dent on upper corner of refrigerator but i did not return it because i don't wanted to wait again for new refrigerator.

The product is good in general, but compressor area has started creating noise just in 3 months

Ice formation inside the freezer section which shouldnt happen with frost free refrigerator's. LG technicians had no clue about it.FYI - I have not purchased it from Amazon.

I ordered lg 471 frost free fridge , we all family was too much excited for new member in family, but when installation mechanical came and said its defective (not working), me & my all family member are very disappoint,why u not checking before dispatching bcz its so costly products,please replace my products or refund me....urgently..i attached ERROR image for your reference

We also got the defective product, since last Saturday, I am continous follow up but not getting proper response, the product is having some issues with power supply, it is tripping my electric system. It work two hours properly then. Tripped..... Please accelerate refund....

LG and Amazon started to fool everyone beware ........both customer care thinks that they are very smart people ..... ..

This product had an issue with crystal formations in the freezer section. When I reported the problem to LG Company they tried to repair it but did not succeed. They then replaced the fridge and in 3 days the same problem started in the new fridge too. Their technician has unofficially confirmed that this problem is there in all LG Refrigerators that are greater than 350 ltrs in size. Please avoid buying this product as it is a problematic model
