Worst and bad experience of this Borivali Vijay sales & LG SMART TV. I had gone to buy MI TV, but didn?t like it, then I asked salesman which TV is best. He showed me 43? LG TV. He told this is a very good TV, but just within two days Or so a Horizontal line appeared on the TV. I complained to Vijay sales and they
Provided me with a another replaced TV. But just after the warranty was over Similar Horizontal line appeared on the replaced TV. But I thought warranty is over They will ask me to pay, I said let it be. But now recently below the horizontal line
Flickering has started. That?s where I felt vijay sales and LG Tv has given me a fautly TV. I visited Vijay sales, Borivali and asked them for replacement or refund my money
Since I have been provided a faulty TV, the senior customer service person is telling LED TV has only one year or one and half year life, so ridiculous. They mean to say Customer should BUY new TV of Rs. 43,000 and to repair the panel after 1 year We should spend another 18,000. Just imagine the loss of the customer. LG Company is also not taking the responsibility of giving me a faulty Tv, we customers cant keep spending such a huge amount for repairs. LG Company should take the respobsibity of manufacturing a faulty TV and compensate me with a replacment or refund of my money. i will never refer or recommend anybody to buy LG TV. Its my first and last bad experience of Trusting and buying LG TV. Henceforth i will never buy anything of LG Brand.
