One of the worst TV I had ever seen.... No bright image quality no perfect colors and no perfect clarity. I need Sony but my friend suggested go for LG... One of the worst led.... Overall 1star... I ll seen Sony led awesome clarity and sound I said just wow..... My suggestion go for Sony led amazing.....

Quality issues with this TV and LG service has been a nightmare!

The TV works great when it does. Thats where the good part ends.We purchased a new LG TV 43UJ652T which was installed in mid June and within two weeks we started seeing random screen distortions and vertical bars. Raised a complaint and a technician came home, couldn?t figure the exact problem, opened the TV tightened a few things and said it should be OK. Problem came again within a week. This time we asked for replacement as its a brand new TV. Local service manager refused and said we will replace the PCB. We agreed but we were promised that if this doesnt get fixed this time, then the TV will be replaced.The PCB was changed but we had the problem again in 2 days. They went back on their word and would not proceed for replacing the unit. Note that this happens for any input source, cable, netflix, youtube, and even default screen saver, etc. So its definitely not a source issue. We have submitted all the videos and photos of the issue along with the dates showing up inside the videos, but the local LG support is just stalling the issue, not getting back to us when they promise and in general very hard to get hold of. They were actually not helping at all, till my wife posted the complaints on social media last time when the local service manager called back and his tone softened.After endless followup, they said they will proceed with replacement, but for that they need to put the original PCB back into the TV. We agreed. But after another two weeks of follow up, the local area manager now says that the technical team is not authorizing the replacement and they will again come to our house and "observe" the TV.Request LG to look into their support and honor the warranty on new products. We have had great regards for brand LG in the past. But this is proving to be a pretty harrowing experience. We are both working professionals and just dont have the time to chase local LG support again and again, schedule multiple service requests and use our house as a troubleshooting lab for LG support, just not done.LG Complaint requests raised: RNP180629036160 and RNP180713036802. I also escalated to their ombudsman service, but no response. I will update this review per further developments. I think the cheaper Chinese brands offer better service these days, unfortunately.
