i received this tv in original manufacturer sealed condition with extra care wooden box packing, without any damage or scratch, however it was very difficult to shipping on 500 miles, but price perfect try to deliver largest home appliance category item on my destination city however free installation service with wall mount provided me after five days...But i am happy because item's deliver me same as describe...Very very thanks to Amazon team for great support...

Really nice.. Got it installed but the wall.mount which was provided is pretty small...I hope it withstands the installation..

Great picture quality and 20W powerful sound. This TV is one of the best 43 inches non-smart HD televisions in the market. Just add an Amazon Fire TV stick or Google Chromecast and make it smarter.It was delivered the very next day of ordering it. I did not have to wait for the installation guy as I did not need to wall-mount it. Setting it up on the table was easy and I did it on my own. You just need to be very careful while handling the TV. You need 2 people to move it when you install it yourself.The next day I got a call from the installation guy. He came over and delivered the wall mounting panel free of cost, in case I need to mount it on the wall in future.Overall, it was a very smooth experience buying it online.

It is a very Good TV, Picture quality and sound is great. LG service is also Good. They have installed the TV same day. Amazon fire stick is working great. Previously I had a Sony Bravia, it can be comparable with SONY. The only thing it is lacking is a Optical out port. However 3.5 audio out port is there to serve the purpose.

Always used SONY, but after using LG I will strongly recommend buyingPRO's -Sharp images.. clear sound, you will not need a sound bar.Con -it's not a smart TV though..
