  I have got it delivered within 2 days from the date of order placed and got it installed by the LG service team on the very next day, hence nice delivery & support i must say. I have checked the picture clarity and sound quality both are good. I have tried to connect my 1TB HDD which got supported by this TV and almost all the format it capable to play. I have checked its smart tv feature, it was working as expected. So overall, i will rate it as Excellent product and would recommend to buy it.

  Very bad Sound quality. some times need to keep ear to get proper voice information. Need external device to get good quality of sound. I bought this TV on March 2016, the connectivity to Wifi is very slow and also recognising the WiFi is slow. Not many games. Only good for online YouTube. Magic remote pointer will not display automatically. explicitly we need to press home button and get the sensor.

  Please don't buy this tv. I bought it in 2015 September n it's motherboard has blown away twice in this 1 year. It got replaced in warranty once n then I had to pay 5500 for replacing it second time. I don think a company as big as LG must sell such substandard goods to customers and that too at such high prices. I don't think I'll return to buying any product from lg again. I feel even micromax tv would've lasted more than this. Deeply disappointed!
