Using this for the last month or so now. I did a lot of research before buying this and LG is the best if u want a genuine SMART TV. And i'm completely satisfied by this TV. Smart features are excellent as well as the sound and picture quality. This is not an android TV but android TVs are also namesake only as they don't offer complete android experience. This TV is definitely worth the buy.

Hi, Purchased it from croma retail due the offers on their store as Flipkart wouldn't deliver it in Pune (seriously). A lot has already been said, however I would still want to give my perspective on this as this TV truly deserves it. 1. Screen Size - 43 inches is good enough for a 14 ft by 10ft room. I believe that if the screen was any larger, the room would appear to be a bit heavy on one side. (Not valid for rooms dedicated to home theatre.) 2. Resolution - Awesome. Even if you play a 720p content the picture wouldn't appear to be grainy. Play 1080p and you are going to see details like never before. As for the standard definition channels, the aspect ratio is a bit of a problem still the television, being the smart TV it is, has a lot of preset features for correcting the aspect ratio of SD channles. 3. Quality - This is something of a mystery to me, I mean in a good way. The TV does something to your normal HD movie or any HD channel, so much so that depths and colours start looking so vivid that you start pinching yourself to believe if what you are seeing is real. I cannot explain but there is just one word for quality AWESOME. 4. Functions - Honestly, there are so many, Web OS 2.0 in a lot of aspectes is better than Android TV or any other Smart TV OS that I have come across. I can minimize my you tube, switch to Tata Sky, Minimize it again, switch to a Game, Minimize it again and switch back to you tube to begin my you tube video from exactly the same point where I left it. Then there is MiraCast, Screen Sharing, Screen Recording (You can record TV in TV), Neflix, Web Browsing etc etc etc. The list is too long. 5. Magic Remote - One of the best features - The remote seems to have a gyrscopic sensor which replicates the movement of remote to that of the cursor on the TV. Once that happens that opens up a lot of possibilities for Gaming as well. You can pair your DTH remote with Magic remote and then you would have one remote for all your needs. I wonder if it can operate my AC as well. 6. Sound - Really good sound, again good for my room. Now there are a host of features for fiddling around with sound quality as well. The best one is - you can connect you normal 2.1 channel speakers and there is a option (out of the many others) where you can choose to play sound from your 2.1 speaker system as well as your TV speakers, which gives you a complete surround sound experience at no extra cost (assuming you have a 2.1 speaker system already lying in some cupboard of your house.) 7. Misc - Every aspect,be it sound, picture quality, internet, network connection yada yada yada has a lot of preset options. I still discovering a lot of them which each passing day. Its worth the price that you are paying for it. When I bought it I bought it just for the picture quality (It looked so mesmerizing out of all the TVs in the showroom.) I came to know of all the other features once it got installed. Only one word of caution, before buying this just ensure you have a good internet connection (atleast 1 Mbps, unlimited) otherwise a bad internet connection would render it powerless for all the internet related features.

I did my homework before buying and it has paid off, even i got very good deal with the tv from flipkart thanks for that where i have saved around 17k. Tv very good in all the ways, and with magic remote which will work for all other eqp like setup box, dvd and speakers. TV has delivered before 2 days from the date mentioned thanks for that.

I recently bought this TV from local store, jst because I was in a rush to get one...and the store people did a great job to match the online price, which I felt was not easy. Coming on to the TV build and quality. The build quality is excellent, the panel looks sturdy and doesn't feel like a low quality. 3 HDMI and 3 USB is just WOW !! I have my PC, XBOX, and Tata Sky connected through these...this was not there in my previous Sony 32 inch tv and I had to switch cables every time between my PC and Xbox. Yeah one downside is it doesn't include the traditional VGA port for computers. The USB drives work perfectly. The picture quality is really nice, you have multiple picture modes which are enough to match your taste. I was little skeptical about the refresh rate as how it will behave for my XBOX, but trust me I was thrilled with joy after playing my general games. No lags, no flickers, even with my PC it doesn't behave akward and I have played all the BluRay and HD videos. It handles everything perfectly. The Web 2.0 adds more colors to this TV. The UI is regal...you will fall in love with it...wireless or wired connectivity is seamless. You can also control the TV through your Android or Windows mobile, becomes quite handy when there are multiple people watching...anyone can take the control easily. Overall its a great product. Can't see much of CONS on this one. A great buy...!

A perfect smart tv if you are looking for an LG brand. The magic remote is good with may good feature. Though we cannot compare its quality with a Sony product but still if ur a LG lover you would love it. Though i am happy with the product the installation guy who came to my house is pathetic. I have already completed the installation myself the previous day and tested it which raised a couple of queries. when i checked the same he couldnt reply to that, So asusual i will check with the GoogleMaster :) :)

Ordered this TV on Flipkart and have been using it for over a year now... So far no problems. It's working really well. The picture clarity is really good, and works beautifully with my PS4 as well. Recommended buy.

It's been almost an year and this TV is just phenomenal. Very strongly recommended, the smart tv features are very user friendly and well placed.

OK. So ordered the TV on 15/2/2016 at 9:30AM and got the TV delivered to my place at 3:30PM on the same day. This is the fastest delivery ever by flipkart without even choosing any fast delivery method - Kudos on this part. The seller actually called to let me know that the TV is shipped and also called to let me know about the LG installation which would be done. TV was in proper shape with good packaging - 5 stars Installation was done on 18th - 3 Stars for LG for taking their sweet time. No complaints with the installation though. Now for the Full playback information: Have paired the TV with TATA SKY HD - No issues. Good Clarity on HD and SD channels. USB Playback: Audio: Plays everything. (MP2, MP3, AAC-LC, AAC-HC, MPA, AC3 and DTS including 5.1 and 7.1) Video: This TV DOES NOT play any MP4 or MKV file encoded in 10Bit and also doesnt play any files with Video Profile 5 and 5.1 - This is applicable for both 720P and 1080P videos. You can use MEDIAINFO to check the above information. No 4K support - Hence it cannot play any 4K videos. Rest all plays fine(Have tried playing a single 15GB 1080P file via Flash drive) Connected via Miracast and Intel Widi - Plays fine. Note that this is one way of playing the above unsupported videos files as the video is decoded on the device and not on the TV. Internet connectivity via WIFI and Ethernet is good. The Inbuilt WebOS apps does give you some trouble when updating but once its done, works like a breeze. Overall, happy with my purchase :)

Speedy Delivery! ordered on Thursday night and got the TV on Saturday. I was able to set up the TV on stand by myself. Installation (with entitled wallmount) and demo was done by Sunday itself. Got a good offer on this product from flipkart. I had checked at local retailers also. The UI and magic remote are a charm - easy, simple yet packed with features. It is configurable as an Universal remote with the Tata Sky Set Top Box. So with the magic remote itself, you can change channels,browse through guide and even switch off the STB. I am seamlessly able to connect wireless to my LG phone and Dell laptop with Miracast and Intel WiDi. You can name and choose logo for all your connected devices and TV asks you whether to switch to a newly connected device, when connected. The UI in such cases is great. Browser performance differs based on site content. Gaming performance with an HDMI cable is very acceptable. I researched a lot on the apparent 50ms response time of this TV and found it not an issue at all, with the games I play. Cannot say the same for Online Play and Shooters. I bought Logitech MK345 Wireless Keyboard-Mouse combo and it works perfect with the TV. The mouse can be used to control the TV's UI's pointer, instead of the Magic Remote if you wish. Keyboard works with the inbuilt browser but didn't with the Google Maps App. I have not tried recording yet. It requires either a LiveTV RF connection or a Composite (RWY) input from the STB. Will provide a detailed review Once I've tried everything.

Tv is good.only problem I faced that flipkart dont have authorization for installation.service engg. from lg was not rady to install tv free of cost and they charged for 1500 extra.not happy with flipkart

Worst customer service ever from LG. Came to install the TV but was not happy with the expertise they had, felt like local shop TV electrician would have done a better job. 1. The LG customer care representative were not able to pair the Magic remote with Dish TV india, and said the Dish TV HD set top box is not compatible with TV ,... Seriously 6 months old 2015 model dish tv HD+ set top box not compatible with 2015 LG model TV ?? after they left I tried checking youtube tutorials , it worked. 2. The LG customer care representative were in a hurry as if they had to catch a train.. they finished the whole wall mounting and demo in within 30 minutes.. whats the hurry when all the charges were already included in the TV purchase... 3. The LG customer care representative made me wait the whole day saying they are coming, they came late and I wasted my whole day waiting for them , the work they did was done by youtube tutorials .. very unhappy with LG customer care demo and installation service .

This TV is getting hot at underneath after 15 mins. Requested for return but these people are simply rejecting. There is no returns option(Only in FLIPKART) if you don't like the TV(not only TV all the electronic items). There is no magic in the remote, it will not work as it should. Suppose if you are in channel 1 and want to go to channel 250, you have to press 249 times on the remote. Friends don't buy any product in Flipkart. Better to buy from electronic shopping malls, you may feel the price will deffer but they will show the product physically. INDIA'S BIG CUSTOMER CHEATING PORTAL

I had so much trust on Flipkart till today, which i lost completely now and not going buy anything in Flipkart from today onwards. I was trying to buy LG LED TV in Flipkart, when i searched for the product availability with my pin code, it says the product available with 2 sellers and can be shipped in 2 days. When i went ahead and placed order, i got a message saying that my order got cancelled without telling any reason. I have contacted the Flipkart call center and asked them the reason why the product shows as available while there is no retailer to ship it to the address. The call center fellows appears to be dumbest fellows on earth, they suggested me to place the order again and go and collect the order. There are not sure where i should go and collect the order. These online discounts and sales appears to be a big fraud, all these products are available only virtually, these just gimmicks to increase their ratings.

This review is more about the customer service of Flipkart. While placing the order, by mistake I had given the wrong delivery address. I immediately got in touch with Flipkart customer care to see if it is possible to change the address. But I was informed that it was not possible. On the day of the delivery I repeatedly contacted customer care to get the contact details of the courier that was delivering the product so that I could make necessary arrangements. But the support staff(and the supervisors) REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFORMATION and they REFUSED TO TAKE UP MY COMPLAINT regarding that. I ended up getting the product at the wrong address thanks to all "co-operation" from Flipkart. Then began the next issue of product installation and demo. A day after the product was delivered, a representative from Flipkart contacted me regarding the installation and I scheduled it for 31st Oct,2015. Soon a representative from LG also called and confirmed this. But on 28th Oct the installation visit was cancelled by Flipkart for no reason. So it has been more than a week since I purchased the product and still I do not have a date scheduled for installation. I hope atleast the product is fine and not like the awful service provided by Flipkart. Whenever I contacted Flipkart customer support, they neither resovled my issue nor did they take up a complaint regarding the pathetic customer support being provided. As on today (30th Oct), I have not been able to schedule an installation visit. So anyone who is planning to purchase the product from Flipkart, be ready to experience the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER !!! Flipkart has a very interesting culture where the customer care agent gets to decide what complaints the customer should have. When customers trust and order a product, Flipkart rewards them by troubling them with their horrid customer service. I am pretty sure that this review will not be put up either ****!!! PS: I have given the 1 star rating below just because I was not allowed to submit the review without a rating. Please include a 0 star rating (or even negative rating) because it would be really useful in future !

third class delivery and product by flipkart. never buy from flipkart. very very poor service and worst return policy. they will take money and will not return the money and will not replace the product also.
