What a TV at this price range. Good picture 5/5 sound is good 4/5. Only bass is feel wanted. Viewing angles great. Thanks Flipkart and LG.

Very bad experience with LG and amazon customer care regarding installation and demo.... LG not arranged person for installation and Amazon not replcing this LG brand with other brand.... No return policy....they mentioned return policy only for purchasing the people...one it will purchase they don't taking return.... They talk others problem...... Vry worst experience with amazon.....

I bought it during the Amazon Prime Launch sale and with exchange and cashback, i got it for Rs. 55k. Since it was a new product I was skeptical about buying it online, but given my past good experience with Amazon I decided to take the risk.The TV was delivered in 2 days, and I decided to install it myself, without waiting for the installation team. I had a 32" LCD and a 55" UHD was quite a big change for me.The screen quality is amazing and colors feel very natural. The sound is also great. Connecting to WiFI and Bluetooth was a breeze and the OS is very responsive. It came with Prime, Netflix, Hotstar pre-installed. You can use the LG Store to install other apps like Youtube, Spotify, Curiosity Stream, Eros, Alt Balaji etc.All in all, I am pretty pleased with the purchase and hope it lives up to the reputation of LG's long term performance.The Magic remote is not included in the package and seems like it is not yet available.

Bought on the launch day and it is just awesome. Superb picture quality. The details are just brilliant. I am lost for words regarding the quality of this product.Moving on to the installation, it is really easy and you can do it yourself unless it is a wall mount, which requires the installation team. The LG installation team was quick and responsive and came to install the product on the day of the delivery itself, but I had already installed it and they just checked it provided a demo, updated my warranty and cleared my doubts.Also, you don't need a magic remote unless you want to use the voice control functionality and the AI gimmicks. If you want to use the mouse scrolling you can download the LG Smart ThinQ app on your phone and it's all done.However there is one issue, as this is not an Android based TV, casting is not supported on some devices namely Moto phones, but it works with all Android One devices and YouTube cast works on all devices too. Also the app store is a bit poor as apps like JioTV, AirtelTV and Hooq are not available. Anyways hooq related issues can be resolved with a premium hotstar subscription and the quality of stream on hotstar is better than hooq itself. It is also important to note that the web browser is below average as it doesn't support a lot of web technologies.To sum up this long review, if you want a TV in your house, this is the one to buy.

Great Picture quality. The sound is alright. NO BASS. Hence, I have installed a 2.1 speaker setup behind the TV to supplement the subpar audio.

Sound quality is perfect. No static as of now.Picture quality is so refined that you won't be able to tel a difference in night time blacks and black colour of tv.4K is performing at its best.Internet runs smoothly and magic remote is just awesome.Worth buying this product. Value for money. More than you can expect.
