Excellent Tv at this price

I do not generally write reviews but writing this one because i myself had gone through a lot of trouble to get the right Tv for me.
I had purchased Toshiba, Samsung , Philips. I had to return these all because they had back light bleeding issues which generally customers are not aware of. Backlight bleeding is a problem in LED tvs where the blacks aren't actually blacks because of the manufacturing defects and seem illuminated which create a very pathetic experience when you are watching horror movie or dark scenes.
Philips was the worst of them all as the colour quality was the worst. The face tone seem bloody red even in HD channels.
Samsungs Picture quality is best but you need to risk it as Samsung TVs are the ones which are hit most by backlight bleeding.
Now regarding this TV:
Picture quality is at par with samsung 48J5100 and sound is also at par. My hunt for right tv is finally over after 4 replacements in 8 months.

Mediocre television at this price range

I bought this TV a week ago from a LG dealer. This TV is below average at this price. Basic model NON smart Led TVs of companies like Videocon, micromax and VU are better than this.
CONS:
1. The reception of this TV is BAD. You'll require to change the picture settings for every channel. You'll always feel that there is some hue missing, no matter how much you alter the picture settings.
2. Connectivity of this TV is very less. It has just 1 usb and 2 HDMI ports. TVs of other brands have MHL, VGA and Cast screen connectivities for NON smart LED TVs also, moreover, they have lesser price. IT DOES NOT HAVE EVEN A 3.5 mm AUDIO JACK !.
PROS.
Sound quality is very good indeed.
It is better to buy ULTRA hd TVs of Videocon, VU or micromaxx at this price than spending 42k on this mediocre TV.
LG has disappointed me.

Very Bad experience of after sales service.

We always hesitate to buy very costly goods online as we are worried about the after sales service and my experience proves it right. TV is fine and the delivery was prompt but the after sales service is pathetic. The wall mounting service people were forcing me to accept the fixed wall mount but the TV box, the sticker on screen and the manual says the Flexi wall mount is provided with the TV. When I showed them these they got a wall mount which covers and blocks the rear connection ports. With the mount bracket fixed I cannot use the hdmi and audio video ports. I am sure LG would not make such a silly blunder. The wall mount contractor is not giving me the right wall mount for my tv model and no assistance from flipkart is provided. As i said the tv is great but the after sales service and the wall mount contractor spoils everything to an ugly experience.
Guys its been a week and still my issue is pending, i just receive calls from flipkart for further instructions. Already two failed attempts are made by technicians to fix the wall mount, they even dare to tell me that i should use the tv without using the connection ports. I am fed up of this pathetic after sales service. It is like buying a tv from chor bazar and no warranty and no after sales service.
