I had purchased this double door refrigerator in 2019 and till date it's about 5 time that the upper freezer is not working at all. I had also taken the Extended warranty for this purpose but the same issue is repeating after 6 or 7 months after the repair. Plz don't purchase this model .

The pulling and pushing of the vegetable trey is not user friendly. The number of shelves in the refrigerator door should be one more.

The fridge was making noise right from d day it was installed. LG rep didn't show up ever to run me through the features. When I told him about d noise, he said just pad ur fridge in d wheels behind, but this din work. I had to get a local guy to fix the problem, (problem- ill fitting behind the fridge in d lower area which was making the compressor and other parts give a weird sound)

Pathetic service from Amazon & LG for this product!! Not recommended any one go to store & Purches..

As the other reviewers said, this is NOT a 375 Litre fridge. It is 335 Litres. I am returning the fridge and purchasing a 360 Liter fridge for less than this costs.I have spoken to Amazon customer support and pointed out the incorrect product details. They acknowledged that it was incorrect but have still not updated the details.
