Don't go over this picture. The product I have received was puprlish colored fridge with royale style handle bars over both freezer and the fridge compartment. It doesn't have Durachill feature but I think with lesser powercuts now a days it stays irrelevant (alleast in MP). Warranty is provided by LG however installation has been outsourced to Jeeves by Flipkart and you won't require one. Wait for atleast 1 hr after you put the fridge to its location and before plugging in or the fridge compressor will not start and pressure build up may burst it. Features I have seen: Deodorizer Icebeam door cooling Everfresh zone humidity controller Smart Diagnosis Features missing Convertible box Durachill Not sure Powercut Evercool

Good refrigerator.working properly..no issues. Why I am given three rating means little damage on back side..but verified with local known refrigerator repair he says no problem.. And also slight different color for door and body

It has been 2 weeks since the delivery of refrigerator but nobody came for demo and installation. I have written several mails to flipkart and have given missed call on their toll free no. but did not get a response or call back. I would not advise anyone to buy household electronics from flipkart.

product delivery delayed.installation and demo delayed.flipkart call center wont provide u with contact details of demo guys.over all a bad exp..waiting to return the product.

Cannot comment about the product, but I can guarantee about flipkart that they will 200% cheat you as they are there to give mental Stress & harassment to the customers

I had a very bad experince with FlipKart this time. It has been around 6 days when I have raised the return request. I am facing very bad experience with Flip kart. Below is what is happening. 1) I bought product on 6th October. 2) Delivered on 16th October. 3) Product is not similar which I have ordered, I ordered light shiny grey without handle, and I received dark grey with handle. 4) I raised request for return on 18th October. 5) From that day, from last 6 days your customer service team is making fool of me. Couple of guys were not trained to speak properly. In the last they told that LG representative will visit and verify whether the product is similar or not. 6) I asked many times, how LG will verify, it?s your responsibility. But finally LG technician has been scheduled. They updated me that in that case LG does not do anything and Flip kart can do the return. 7) I am getting no replies and I called Flipkart customer care but no actions. 8) Please return my product asap.

Hopeless thing! After replacement also same fridge received which do not have fruit box. Images of the product does not match the product received.

Why are you delivering the refrigerator with missing parts? This product has a worst rating of 2.6. You still wants us to buy??? Just because the parts are missing, the rating is toooo low. Does flipkart has any team to check and provide signoff before delivering to the customer?? Grow-up Flipkart!

Oh my my!Have ordered lg 335ltr frost free refrigerator on saday under exchange scheme thru omnitech retail.Product was delivered without temp control compartment!!!meanwhile ekart took away my old fridge.while contacting the CS -they suggested to refund the order but not return my old fridge!This the biggest fraud diwali sale.I m in the process to suit LG,flipkart and omnitech.Nvr buy a product from flipkart.

Received fridge with many internal parts missing including fruit box, shelves and cool pad. I didn't know about it till installation guy from Jeeves(third party) came (after 6 days of follow up). Disappointed! Scheduled the return of product. Flipkart should ban the seller who cheats customers. Also should change installation agency.
