the best 32 inch screen available in lcd ......
with good sound output of 300w pmpo incredible surround sound
no need of external surround sound and power saving,
only disappointment is the refresh rate.

I brought this tv 1 month before.
It is really the best tv with all the latest feaures at a very less price.
If you are not a die hard sony fan, I would really recommend to go for it, it is really a good one by LG.
It is full HD and the best thing is the 300W PMPO, sound system, whch can compete with any home theatre, and I can also bet, you wont find this kind of music system anywhere.
Go for it, and thank me later for my advice....

If you are not a die hard fan of Sony, you must look at this.
with same features you will get Sony @ 35k and samsung @ 30k
I bought this piece at 25k around last diwali time. I had a doubt in my mind whether am making a wrong step here... But I read lot of reviews visited lot of showrooms and inquired many before buying this. it Has some unique features such as HDD support for which u can buy this product. I saw the SOny TVs which are taking 2 minutes to read a 8GB pendrive and this am running my TV with a 500 GB Hard disk LoL.
some features -
300W PMPO = 20W RMS (Cant say too good but enough to wake up your neighbors and no complains about clarity)
No PIP (I donno whether this option is available in other TVs)
HDD Support (reads 500GB hard disk in less than 10 seconds. Not even my laptop is thismuch fast)
FullHD (It plays a movie with 8GB in size without any hiccups)
good audio player which saves power.
But overall I can say with the experience of searching tvs of all brands for 3 months. this is the one you need to go if you look for a 32" good LCD tv.

Very Good in sound & Picture
Ranjit Bardhan (Dec 1, 2011)

I install this TV last week, the picture quality it very good in 1080p videos. Sound quality is much good than the 42LK450. Yes putting the usb drive is little difficult without a flash light.
And the panel operating keys are also places badly. But at this price its one of the best deal.It also support .avi, MP4 & MKV in full HD, which is really a great feature at this price range. So you can go for it.

The best LCD TV in its price band!
Vinay Sasi (Nov 1, 2012)
on Flipkart
I checked out this product at a retail store and ordered it through Flipkart, as they provided me a Rs.6000/- discount over the retail store best price! The TV was delivered in about 3 days, and installed in another 2 days by LG service. Cant be more pleased with the fantastic value offered by Flipkart!
Some points to note:
1. USB support: pretty much all popular media formats are suported, more than any competitor. The USB supports upto 1TB disks!
2. Display quality: probably a shade lower compared to LCDs from Sony or Samsung, IF you view them side by side using a HQ sample in a store. However, this difference might not matter much in your living room using HD or SD sources. I havent checked using blueray players.
3. Sound: The sound quality is just OK, cant make out the surround sound effects - although this might be due to my living room design.
4. LG Service - I had a bad experience with the local service centre which is a franchisee. The LG central helpline folks do not want to intervene, and ask me to sort out issues with the local centre! This is not expected from a professional firm!
5. Power consumption - very low in eco mode.
6. Viewing angle is very good, and performs well even though there is a lot of natural light flowing into my living room.

Positive ?
Screen size 42? (compared to Samsung?s 40?)
Flipkart gave it for 41.5K INR (compared to Samsung 43K INR)
** Plays MKV Files. (User manual of the TV doesn?t mention MKV files But it plays and all Full HD 1080p movies are available in MKV format on internet. )
Very comfortable picture size options.. 4:3 cable output when goes to 16:9 screen of TV, it stretches the picture and everything looks inflated but you have options to change it to original, zoom of original at the same ratio of 4:3, cinema zoom and few more.
Clear voice option. It filters out human voice from all the background sound, music or noise.e.g. there is a party scene in a movie and characters are talking to each other. And sound editing of the movie is not so good. At less TV volume you are not able to understand dialogues and at high volume level you get all the background music sound which again interferes with dialogues. Use this option and set it to 10 (on the scale of -10 to 10) , it will decrease the background noise and increase the human voice.
Video formats (which I tested) ? MOV, MP4, MKV, AVI
Negative ?
Sound is not very powerful. 20W output is just not enough if you have a large room to keep this TV.
Connections are little awkward. Only 1 USB, 1 HDMI is in the side. All other HDMIs are at the back. So can?t alter the connections easily and frequently.
The side connections are also not exactly in the side. They are at the back of screen but connections are made sideways. The TV shakes when you put or remove USB in the port. Workaround is to buy a USB extension and keep it plugged in the TV and insert/remove your pen drive at the other end of the extension.
Viewing angle they say it is 178 degrees but practically TV looks good in a narrower viewing angle. Did not measure but it should not be more than 120 degrees.. (this means you can watch from angles upto 178 but to get the best experience be in this 120 degree range)
Does not recognize videos I captured from my Nokia phone. (though they are MP4 videos. )
Does not play VOB (that means, can?t play the entire DVD copied to USB. )
My suggestions:
Use Game mode for picture. It is soothing to eyes. Default is Vivid which is very bright and with artificial colors.
Use Clear voice if you mainly watch Soaps type shows. Other sound options are there for movies and music shows. Default sound setting is just perfect.
Summary: In 41.5 K this is a very good buy. The very fine difference in the picture quality of different TVs are generally not noticable to human eyes.

A Good TV if you are on a Budget
Shawn D'silva (Jan 1, 2013)
on Flipkart
i bought this TV on 4th June last year.I so far no Problems
well set-up was fairly easy(for me)the technician guy set it up.i wanted it on a stand so i cannot comment about wall-mounted set-up
The speakers are down-firing and the sound is great.keeping volume at 10-11 is loud enough to fill a 3.5 meter room with Loud audible, sound. anything more than that will cause your ear drums to burst(its that loud)
the sound quality on the other hand is average, though vocals sound Great, "sound effects" sound average
it plays nearly all popular formats through USB mp4(H.264/AAC)wmv,mkv and a bunch of other formats.video through USB is crystal clear, but it does not have stretching feature for 1920 x 800 videos, that means you will have 2 horizontal bars while watching video with such a resolution.there is also no option to stretch a 4:3 video to 16:9
a 640 x 480 video can be stretched to fill the screen.
it also plays videos from External HDD flawlessly(tested with WD My Passport 500gb).the UI/media player is very basic, but functional, video displays from other sources like HDMI,D-sub fine
in Cable TV(SD) i've compared all sorts of fast moving scenes no ghosting/blurring occurs(only sometimes in sports scenes like cricket)
The remote is nicely balanced but like all modern TV remotes it is long, to fit the buttons for usb movie play.the top portion can be used for cable Tv channel related stuff the bottom portion can be used for USB movie/music play functions the central part has a d-Pad and important buttons like
i have not yet tested it with a games console
