Beautiful machine bought as a replacement for Siemens front loading but this one betters it on features and wash quality . This has a built in heater and also the option to connect to an external hot water tank so that I can save on power too

This machine is very silent. I am loving the steam modes specially the allergy care mode.The wash quality is very impressive. You have the ability to select wash rinse and spin cycles as in a semi auto machine. If feeling lazy just load the machine and hit start, it will automatically select the cycles for you.tip 1: if u have hot water supply use that than the inbuilt heater as it would increase the cycle time by 2 hours.Tip 2: If you really want to know what clean clothes are like ditch the quick wash 30 min mode. Its lame for regular washes.Update: post 7 month useLint is a problem, prefer using mesh filter

When this product will be available? LG 10 kg washing machine top loader. At very reasonable prices and good quality product.

We replaced an older 6.5kg lg machine with this.Advantages1. Clothes comes out cleaner and much less wrinkled2. Colors look richer probably due to less wrinkles3. Reasonably silent4. Large capacity5. 3 water streams to hit clothesDisadvantages1. Steam mode is a joke. Takes 4 hours to do a steam wash2. Wash cycles are 30 percent longer compared to the old lg3. Clothes come out much wetter but that probably helps control the wrinkles4. Not as silent as I hoped during the dry cycle5. Heater function also a joke. Increases wash time to 4 hours. Better to have an external geyser.6. Quick wash takes 30 min where the older LG took 20.Buy if you want a large capacity, reasonably silent machine that washes clothes really well. Do not buy if you think you will use the steam mode or hot wash as the time for the cycle doubles. Definitely better at washing than our old LG. Duster cloth stains are removed significantly. Just wish it had a quicker hot water wash mode.

Good but little costly as compared to other brands..but lg offers u direct drive so thats good

Delayed Installation

Water leak started after 3 months use. Called LG Service several times. One technician came and he couldn?t fix it. Don?t waste money on any LG product. Worse service

Amazon is fraud !!!Don't buy product from Amazon online..I, buy a product from this and totally disappointed.I have received a defective product of LG washing machine 10kg (i.e. 37000 RS ) and couldn't able to replace the item. Since from past 3 months I follow up for this but unable to get it replaced.LG service person 6 times attained and 4 parts of machine is replaced, but still not working.The manufacturer is says don't buy any product from online AMAZON, if any, they are not liable to replace the item.I hope this review will helps you, not to fell in this type of disaster's.ThanksRajesh9036888003

Machine worked well for 2 years. Started giving loud sounds while washing (end Dec) Machine taken for repair with repair quote by LG technician RS4500. On 30Jan LG service centre called saying cost is Rs8000. Had enough nightmare with this machine. Told them to send broken machine back.. Lost total trust in LG and their customer centre Mumbai. Their customer service centre is terrible and staff don't know their own company product. Not only that. They don't even have stock of their own parts to be repaired... Such a joke. Please don't waste your time and money.
