Product is good but cost is high

This AC is perfect. There is no noise, no vibration just the sound of air swirling through your room that's it.Super energy efficient.Superb cooling.Smart thing App is a little slow thou.Ac installation guys will try to over charge you, but you gotta be smart show them the actual pricing from Amazon on copper piping and stuff.

Best in efficiency..Fast coolingSmartThinq app is what i liked the most...Installation charges were too high by lg team... I asked them to install outdoor unit back to back.. but they refuse due to the height... And suggested me to place far from indoor unit... For that, extra copper pipe rate they quoted was 850/mtr while on amazon terms it has to be 750/mtr... I asked them to place normal angle (which cost around rs.750-850) but they refused and said to install fabricated bracket which they quoted rs.3500..Estimate lg installation people gave me was around rs.8400..So i decided not to install from lg and installed by local ac installer which cost me rs.1800 only..

Really good cooling for a 10' x 12' room.Very efficient as using whole night will consume only 3 units. Very silent operation, you won't know AC is on. Can measure the power consumption via mobile app and also control the AC. X - Y swing control, turbo fast cooling. Power control for the compressor to save energy when single person in the room. Best wifi inverter AC in the market.

Good product by LG. Cooling is good. Normal power consumption. Less noisy. Best part is wifi feature. Installation was quick and neat.

Can't understand system.

Bought it offline, although the ac works as per the specs, but not an efficient wrt fast cooling, we don't feel the chillness unless below 22 degrees becoz of the slow fan speed even at 5 points, LG has cleverly put full blowing power with a seperate tag 'Himalayan cooling, but once we change the temperature, thers an immediate drop in the blow. Obviously due to this, the noise is very low for the indoor unit.

Even though I had all the facilities made in my flat to install the AC, they charged 1935/- wherein on Amazon it was showing standard installation 700/-. Technician took 5 days to install AC. After followups with Amazon and LG, then technician called me for installation. When they were installing it they even didn't have electric pin for wire, they just put 3 wires directly in the socket and said get it done from electrician. They said they don't know how to fix pin for wire. When I argue they did it. Very pathetic service by LG. I didn't expect it from brand like LG. Not recommended at all. Go for other brands.

Dissatisfied.....Couldn't cool even after 5hrs..My room size is 80sq feet approx.. It can't cool even this size... Worthless product...More trouble with it..It can't cool down room temperature below 24-25 deg Celsius.Kept at 16 C but doesn't feel like it.It takes more than 5hrs to reach 25 degC.
