Never buy this ac. Horrible experience

This ac is extremely horrible. Its compressor works for 2 minutes and does not work for hours then. Extremely frustrating experience with this ac. Didn't expect this kind of product from lg.

Product Quality Bad and QC Not Done

The product was delivered fine but right after the installation was done, the engineer tried to switch it on but inside the machine, the lock was broken / damaged and the fan was rubbing against the broken part, had to return it as replacement was not possible. LG should have ensured that the product sent from the warehouse was QC done but unfortunately it was not the case, disappointed.
