I purchase LG AC in Reliance digital. The AC is not working day one . No one is responding . Don?t purchase in reliance digital shop.

Good product and an awesome deal at Rs 29000 after including cash back. Great price for a 5 star ac. After including all other cost - Rs 35,000: stabiliser (vguard) -1700, wiring- 1000, installation incl some consumable items - 2200, bracket - 770Installation was done in 4 days by LG through 3rd party technicians at Rs 1500+taxes - may be a good idea to insist on LG technicians. Ordered brackets and stabiliser through Amazon - smooth delivery.Ac has 3 MTR copper tubing included in the unit. Indoor unit is super quiet and has interesting features like Himalaya cooling and AI cooling mode.

Product got delivered on the mentioned, package was as neat and clean.Since LG customer care said due high installation load in Bangalore, my AC installation can take 5-10 days. So got it done from local vendor.Installation done by local vendor was as good as done from authorized person.Slight disappointment that the product came with aluminium gas pipe instead of copper pipe.AC cools the room almost instantly ans with Himalayan Cool feature cooling can be made still more faster. But to cool the entire room it took around 30 minute as the room size is though its a 1.5 Ton AC.Condenser coil is made of aluminium and for Bangalore area this should be a concern.Operation of both ODU and IDU is quite and not much noisy as mentioned in the other reviews. Remote has glow buttons and LED on the IDU can switched off if it bothers you in the dark room during sleep.Overall its a good product, price is less than the market and other eCommerce websites. Satisfied with the product and I recommend this product.

The AC is perfectly alright for its functions.The biggest concern I had was the bad reviews about the LG installation team. I had purchased a Daikin AC a year back , which was installed by their 3rd party contracted guy. He was very polite and good in his work. So, now I purchased 2 LG ACs as they were available at a competitive price, but directly got it installed through this guy. It cost me less and also the service was good. I also confirmed with LG that the warranty is not void if u get it installed through a technician on ur own. So, the AC is good. To overcome the issue of bad LG guys, go for a known trusted technician.Amazon delivery was on time. Happy with the purchase.

Good AC only thing to mention is, it makes litter bigger sounds.

Got this Air conditioner 3 months back and using it ever since. Got it installed using my local Dealer. Quickly cools and works seamlessly. Plus LG has a great service network in Delhi-NCR. So, wont be problem. Go for it!

Excellent buy. Wonderful air conditioner, especially for the price. Could not have asked for anything better. The cooling is exceptional and what is most amazing is that there is just no noise inside. The silence is eerie. I have used Hitachi Kampa in the past and I was actually fed up with the indoor noise level. This ac is just WOW.

Hey guys,This is another excellent product from LG, Some key points to share:-This AC comes with a Multi Flow aluminum alloy condenser, this is not necessarily a negative thing as MFCs are very efficient & with proper maintenance - long lasting too.-It is a very energy efficient model, the running current is about 6.7 A / 1465 W i.e it consumes about 1.5 unit of electricity per hour with the compressor running.You can use any decent 4 kva stabilizer with it.-The Indoor unit looks nice & has a above average build quality & It is fairly silent in operation.-Outdoor unit is sturdy but kinda noisy due to the high speed fan it uses, so make sure to install it some distance away from the room.-LG charges Rs 1718/- for the standard installation including tax, the connecting pipes & wire (10 foot each) are provided in the box. The Floor/ wall stand for the outdoor unit costs around Rs 250/- in the market & they (LG installation team) should not have a problem if you bring your own.Now coming to the buying experience,Amazon India it seems are lowering their standards by the minute, from ordering till delivery it never felt like I was dealing with a world class entity, in fact it was just the opposite, they never bothered about my requests or satisfaction:-Despite my 2 requests & a false assurance of personal follow up by one of their associates, it took them 7 days to deliver the AC & that too in the NCR region just 30 odd Kms from their warehouse.-The out for delivery SMS alert had a incorrect mobile no. ( of the delivery agent) & the helpline could not provide me with correct one, there was absolutely no way to co ordinate with delivery guy but to wait for him to show up or call. Wasted a lot of time due to this.-The amazon delivery agent had no support staff with him, he along with the auto rickshaw driver had to themselves carry the package to the second floor.It was a bad shopping experience all along & the worst part is no one at amazon is bothered about it.For those of you planning to purchase this or any other home appliance, I would suggest/recommend to avoid Amazon & look elsewhere, these guys have become too arrogant & high headed & don't deserve our business.

2 feet distance from the internal unit. Sound levels are as below.Little noisy at 44 db indoor unit in full speed fan mode. Outdoor unit is noisy. Indoor unit at low fan speed was 38db. In Himalaya cool the db was 48. All these readings are average db readings only. previously used voltas 1 ton inverter it had 43 db at full speed. Himalaya cooling is average, blower does a decent job. Got this one in lightning deal. Happy for paying 32k only in peak summer. Thanks Amazon for a good product

The cooling of the AC is very good. Got it installed a week ago and the Installation was done by LG which they have outsourced to some local agency but it was done to my satisfaction except they left the pipes folded and did not cut it to make it look neat.The remote sometimes gives me trouble and is a hit or miss but works most of the time. I am not complaining much about as I got this product in a good deal as I bought it for less than 30k. Most of the offline dealers are selling this product for more than 35k plus you have to pay for the stand, stablizer, stand etc. I am still to see how the product fairs in the long run. My only concern is that this product is not listed on the LG website so not sure if they have discontinued this model. I think the seller or Amazon should clarify the same as it is misleading to the customer. Also, the description says that there is a 2 year warranty on the indoor unit but LG says it is 1 year on the product and 4 year on the Compressor.Rest, I will update the review once I use this AC for some more months.

Product is very good. But, I'm yet to come to a conclusion on the power consumed by it, while running. This I need to watch for minimum 30 days.
