LG sources 3rd party for servicing/repairs whose service is of very poor quality, over priced than market, usual 5-7 days waiting period. Customer care / team leaders are clueless and have no control. Being at the mercy of the devilish 3rd party technicians can hype your blood pressure and lead to chaos at home. Any new intended to be Customer should thoroughly research market b4 going for LG products. It is not worth a purchase with hard earned money to bet on LG

Worst possible AC with worst possible service. The only time the technicians will come is at the time of renewal of AMC. Otherwise they will come after multiple calls and escalations and only clean the filter. There is low cooling and very high power bills. Stay away from LG..

Worst AC.. No point in buying LG 1.5 ton dual invertor ac

I started using it but everytime the ac runs for 2 hours or more, it starts showing CH 38. Till now it has not been fixed. Worst product with worst service centrs. Please do not opt for this. I wasted 45k on this useless product which runs less and stops more during the summer season.

Pathetic Service from LG .. I contacted them on the last day of warranty expiry and they said their technicians are busy.. they came the next day and said that they?ll charge Rs 4,000 for repairing the AC as the warranty has expired. Completely unprofessional from LG. I won?t recommend anyone to buy from LG and request you to refrain from buying as well.

I purchace newLG dual invertor ac 6 in one cool and 5 star rating... 2022 model... Now it have no cooling and geting more power.. I was using full time beacuase of no cooling
