Its value for money, excellent product. Received well in advance before the expected time of delivery. Installation guy, as usual, charged Rs 236/- extra as labour charge for outer stand installation which is incorrect. The matter has been reported to flipkart but no solution as yet. Rest AC is working fine and its a VFM product.

Super cooling, indoor very silent out door is little sound

Giving review after 1 month of use. Worth every panny. Cooling is also fast and i am using it in 250sq feet room still working awesome.

Ac of Lg company is very good and energy efficient.This is my third ac of Lg through flipcart. Although delivery time they take is very long almost 12 days flipcart should work on it.But product is very good

Can't go wrong with LG products. I've tested it upside down and this is definite buy! Just be aware about the airflow getting slow - a simple wash will solve it. YouTube the AC model to find where the hinges or locks are located at the top and you can wash the big filter (made of plastic mesh) by yourself. As long as that filter is clean - airflow should blow you at max fan speed. 👊🤣 Anyone can clean it. Best settings - Fan speed: 3 Temperature: 24,25 or 26 (according to weather) Power Saving mode: 40% Ceiling Fan Speed: 3 (if 4 is max) Set the blower (up/down and left/right) as per your choice. Energy efficiency is actually good. Water cooler might cost you more than this AC (as few videos say on YouTube). Installation took about 40-45 minutes (two holes were required according to our placement of AC, yours can be different). Have a spare pipe for extending the drain pipe by yourself as the technician might have brought an expensive one (quality would be worthy though). And installation charges would cost you around 2000 INR, roughly. We had a little extra work so it went up to 2400+. Thumbs up, if you've liked my review! 😁👍🙌

Ordered on 11th August and was delivered 2 days earlier than scheduled delivrry date. Installed within 24 hrs of delivery. Thanks to Flipkart and LG for such timely and perfect service. About the Product : Using it for last 20 days. The AC has a very nice look. Replaced our previous LG AC of this room which had run for 9 years. Doing the job quite well till date. Fast cooling in 5 mins.(Room temp 31, brought down to 25 within 10 minutes of switching on at 25 degree set temp). Usually we use it at night. Runtime approx 9 to 9.5 hrs. With three occupants in a 120 sq ft top floor room with the roof and the western wall exposed to constant sunlight, at the present weather conditions in kolkata ( highest temp 36C and lowest around 26C , humidity between 60 to 90 %), it becomes really chilly at midnight when run at 25C that you have to pull a bedsheet on. Almost noiseless Outdoor unit. It seems the AC is not running. Overall satisfied with the delivery and product performance till date.

Using since a month. Effective cooling, cools even larger rooms within minutes. Indoor unit is as silent as it could be in the lowest fan speed setting. LG remote has plenty of features to be explored yet. Display of temperature on the AC is clear and nice to read. Power consumption as per the specs is low but need to check the reality only after a couple of months. Outdoor unit is smooth and silent. Installation is not at all professional, they can mess with the wall and unit if you are not present throught the process. LG seriously needs to overhaul its installation agencies.

Ac is good, quite and efficient .. suitable for room upto 200 sq.ft if only ceiling and one wall is recieving direct sunlight... Outdoor unit: very silent operation... Indoor unit:very silent and have high airflow Dual inverter does make difference.. Design is simple and sober.. I personally like it very much But flipkart services are really poor and really no assistance regarding installation They sent installation to other district center near my city and didn't assisted at all .. Dissatisfied by flipkart 👎

The product is pretty good. very quiet, great cooling. however, the LG service guy was not trained enough. he even broke the outer cabinet of one of the AC and took so much of time to fix the AC Delivery service was good by Flipkart

I have purchsed this ac on 10th august 2020Product is good .Power consumption is writtened as 1550 wattsThe installation engineer was very rude , they will tell u to that u have to buy a stand from them worth rupees 600 . And drain pipe worth rupees 250.But if u have already purchased ur stand and pipe u will have to pay 200 + gst extra excluding 999 rupees of installationEngineers will try to make u fool.So if they ask u to buy these things from them then u should ask them for a BILL of these items .If they refuse to guve u a bill then contact lg coustmer care immediately
