LG products are known for their good quality. I went for this AC as it was very reasonably priced in 1.5T/5* segment.Cooling is very effective. The AC has power saving mode and sleep mode to save power. Power consumption is some 1400+ W and sales people claim that power consumption is lower than the 2015 model. I have been using it for a short while, so need to observe it more to say about power consumption.It also has a dehumidifier mode to fight humid weather and keep you cool.Mosquito repellant is a novel feature. As advertised, it emits ultrasonic waves to repell mosquitoes. But given the harsh summer, there are no mosquitoes around. So didn't get to test this feature.Noise levels are quite low. LG recommends installation on wall/wooden grill to reduce noise.Overall its a decent AC for the price.

Flipkart is the wrost company I've ever seen.
Product purchased in 28000 but price drop down to 27,375 RS don't purchase from flipkart and specialy from this type of seller.If you make a purchase from flipkart then your money will be waste .

Here I am sharing my worst experience with LG Product and its after sale services to open the eyes of people who buy the products of LG just by its brand name, so be alert when buy the appliances from brand like LG:-All this started from my Service request number RNP170406099435 dated 06.04.17 for my air conditioner model number LWA5CT3A which was bought on 24.04.16 for Rs. 29,000/- and was under warranty.With reference to the above service request number, LG service engineer visited my home who shocked me by informing that my A.C. needs complete replacement of cooling coil and gas refilling as well. It was surprising that this A.C. required repairing only after running for 4 months in summer of 2016.As my A.C. was in warranty, on 09.04.17, people from an un-professional service centre of LG (Perfect Cooling, Faridabad) took my A.C. to their service centre for repairing. They delivered and installed the same on dated 12.04.2016 without any prior information to me when I was not at home.It is a surprising fact that my A.C. has been repaired in such an un-professional manner that it seems, it has been repaired by some inexperienced street electrician. I am still having some pictures taken after re-installation of my A.C. which I have sent to LG people in prove of the quality of service given to my A.C.These were the the some issues I have observed after this un-professional repairing work and brought to the notice of LGcare immediately:-1. Mosquito Away feature of the A.C. was not working.2. A.C. cooling was not effective as it was earlier.3. The quality (finishing) of replaced cooling coil was very poor. There are several dents on the replaced cooling coil as well as on other portions.4. After repairing, corrosion/ rust have been appeared on some inner parts/ pipes of A.C. which have resulted damage to my A.C. Completely within next 4 months usage.5. Loose screws were lying inside the A.C. (Photo Attached).6.The cooling pipes of A.C. have been welded from various places which must have been replaced with new pipes.The condition of my less than one year old A.C. has been turned to 4 to 5 year old. This must be done intentionally as the A.C. was in warranty which is going to an end very soon and thereafter any repairing will be chargeable and this way LG / Service Agency can make profits.It is pertinent to mention here that, the warranty period of my A.C. expired on 24.04.2017 and I have informed them at that time that there is very high probability that my A.C. may require further repairs very soon due to the poor services provided by LG and responsibility of the same must be borne by LG. I also requested them to take-up the matter seriously and arrange to replace the complete unit of this faulty Air Conditioner sold by you at the earliest.After all this story, I have not received any proper response from LG, after all they do not care to lose their such a small customer and the fact is that today my AC is completely in break-down condition. When showing the AC to another outside technician, he confirmed me that your AC is having manufacturing defect as well as very poor quality.Just sharing my bad experience with all of you to take care of all such happenings in future.
