Works well. Bought it last year. Delivery and installation was smooth.One of the cons of this ac is that it doesn't make much noise. Maintains temperature pretty good.It has not given me anything to complain about yet.

Well after using for an year. I would suggest to go for split as it (all window AC) creates more noise.But product is works fine if you are looking for window AC.I bought it for 25000

Nice window AC unit from LG. Does not make too much sound. The product was delivered on time and the installation team also got in touch with me promptly. Cost of installation was about Rs. 650

Package arrived Ok and the fitting guys also followed up. Haven't used it much yet since its winter in chennai but the initial tests seem good. People rarely buy window AC these days but i had a similar LG one for almost 12 years before the compressor gave up. The copper tube inside were not that thick in the new one as the earlier one. Time will tell if this one does as good as the other one. I service it regularly and that helps keep it in shape for longer.

Good product. Very less noise. Good at the price. One word of caution: Do not opt for EMI unless you need it. The credit card company adds tax etc. that adds upto 10% more.

Likes: looks good/copper tubings/good cooling/silent operation/timely delivery. Dislike: local service centre refused to install window AC and was rude (they install only split ACs i was told)/ complaints to Amazon and LG customer care finally resolved the issue. It took 4 days for installation, but that is ok. Thanks for their cooperation. The technician from the LG service centre was not equipped for the Job though they were polite.Another technical point: the package on delivery was kept in an upside down position whereas the box clearly has an indication to keep it in a upright position.

Good AC overall, but doesnt chill to the temperature displayed

The back panel of the AC is missing; the netted panel to keep the dust away. There are holes for the screws but the panel is not there.
