Install on the next day of delivery, installation boy is not well qualified as he is not able to explain the 4 in 1 mode and other things but he installed the ac very well on time, Cooling is very good sound is very less bad thing they write it is inverter ac but not working on inverter properly with single battery some say it required upto 4 batteries for its proper functioning on the inverter . But product is amazing working properly, cooling good overall worth for money. I am happy with the product.

Convertable mode is very usefull. Noise level are very low. Look wise nice. But indoor size is small. Himalayan cool mode is awesome.

Within 4 days, after installation, I can't say about energy efficiency, long term performance, but initially it is a good product. In this model all features are not available, so I put 3 point. Delivery is fast and with proper care. For delivery it gets 4 points Installation is good but they broke the plywood placed on bed. For installation I give them 1.

Ac working cooling is just like other good brands. Installation was fast but very costly (1415 + stand 750+ tape 600 + rubber pad 200 + water pipe 25/ft (minimum 5ft) + clamps for pipes 150). When i decided to buy it, price was 34490, at the time of buying during offer 35990, after buying price again 34490. Felt like cheated. Choose it in a thought that lg provide more lifetime and reliability. Go for same specifications but known brands with lower price like voltas bluestar, panasonic.sansui is another good option.

I got 3rd of April 2021 I got a defected piece and cooling takes more than 2 hrs for 100sqft room later technician told outside unit automatically shutting down so cooling not good so raised replacement let's see what will happen next Before buying only choose wisely ones you bought there is only replacement no refund mind it

I buyed a ac of LG 1.5 ton dual inverter in reputed electronic shop..But no use of it...even ceiling fan is better than this.Even the ac running 24/7 the room is not cooling down.. registered a complaint.But didn't get any solution from the company side.Dont buy this LG ACS.im facing worst experience through it...I buyed ac by looking this brand name only but they utterly failed to reech customer satisfaction.
