It a awesome purchase from amazon @ 40k only. I am fully satisfied with product, delivery and installation service. Since it is dual invertor so energy consumption is very less and as claimed sound is negligible. It has 5 fan modes with multiple swing options. It has jet mode to cool very quickly and heating mode to keep temp at 30 degrees.

Best hot and cold AC

The product does everything it states. It blows hot and cold air. You can toggle between different modes using Mode button and look in the remote display for mode changes. It cools the room pretty fast. Believe me the hot air from the machine is really hot and it would be great for chili winters. It serves my purpose and happy with the purchase.

Poor service , faulty noisy AC .

Faulty product delivered. Too noisy AC, sounds like a generator. Raised request for replacement/repair/help. The technician visit is just being scheduled every day and cancelled for some reason not known to me. They will keep doing it till the period of replacement expires or something. Pathetic service amazon.
