I had by it in 2017.there is leakage of gas inside outdoor unit. The indoor unit have also problem of water coming outside instead of going to trey for drain. It is totally useless product

Scam LG

its not upto the mark, the copper pipe provided is bit short about 1.5 approx, and fall bit short for our requirement, and outdoor compressor unit is not copper it's aluminium, which got defective in due course and led to gas leak, had to got it replaced with third party technical with full copper grill. it a scam by LG, as out warrenty expired during defect, otherwise LG would have scammed us to the skin for repair cost.
