LG 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC (JS-Q18AUXA) User Reviews and Ratings

After lot of search online and offline went with dis latest technology of dual inverter, 100% copper and using R410 gas. Brought dis ac from local dealer at 37.5k with 6months additional warranty if brought before Oct 2017. One of the online site was selling same ac for as low as for 33k after removing cashback. But since worried that I wnt get 10yrs warranty if brought from online as said by few local dealers, hence went with local dealer after hard bargain. But once called LG coustomer care where they said they provide warranty for all online and offline registered dealers. But 6months additional warranty is only for offline dealers.Moral:- weather u buy online or offline, after service will be given by LG only hence go by lowest price possible as referred by me above. Dnt feel ashamed to bargain in any big shop if Ur money is hard-earned.Product is excellent.

Good AC...Its a Split Model with many more features like e-saving, H'COOL, auto on off etc... U can set the lowest temperature 18*c with this model... It can cool down the room with in 30min...

It's really a good AC with full copper model worth buying it.more over its a inverter Model in LG .They don't have normal category star model AC like other brands they fully stopped normal star models completely. They have only inverter technologyit has a star rating better to buy copper .room size 14x17 I am supposed to use 2 ton for this room size.but I am happy with cooling

Excellent product...

Nice AC. Size is big for 1.5 TON range.For 10 hours of running at 28C at energy saving mode for 10 hours, Meter reading only shows less than 2 unit.Cooling is soo good. But little noise and can be ignored.

Exellent performence but it cool the room quickly even using h.cool mode it has dual inverter but it comsume around 1840w at initial time and 1100w in average and 450w at very low speed compresor it also does not have horizontal swing this is very dissapointing and i am purchase it for my local lg store. And the installation quality of lg is very poor but the product is good

Please don't buy Air conditioners of LG brand ,LG is not good in AC manufacturing ,I bought LG dual inverter ac within one month it stops cooling , when made a complaint LG service person visited and after checking concluded that there is leakage of gas, and gas should be refilled. I don't expect that LG will provide this kind of products. Please go for Hitachi ,which is best for indian conditions do not attract with 10year compressor warranty of LG it is totally waste because lg ac gas leaks and you have to refill it again and again. This is not a paid review please don't waste your hard earned money on this kind of products

Product is good.Performance is ok.But LG technician/installation team will loot you.Even if everything is alright, they will stretch your bill to minimum 6000/- and later tgey will shiw you a lot if things which has been charged and isnt communicated before installation.(whatever you will expect, your final installation charges will get doubled.
