LeEco (the company formerly known as LeTV) is the latest to join the long, long list of Chinese smartphone manufacturers trying their luck in India. The company doesn't have any of the advantages of being an early mover, and no matter how shockingly low it can push prices, it won't be the first to be doing so. Still, there's a lot to like about the Le 1s, which is quite full of interesting features considering its budget price tag.

LeEco Le 1s Summary

The Le 1s is causing ripples in the Indian market even though parent company Le Eco is late to the game. It seemed as though selling phones with low prices and high-end specifications will never cease to cause excitement. The Le 1s brings not just hardware but also build quality, with a great-looking metal body. There's loads of RAM and storage and even a fingerprint sensor, but no microSD slot and a clunky custom UI. The cameras are mediocre and battery life isn't anything to boast about.
