Very Poor PRoduct and Service

I bought a lava laptop last year and it gave me problems. It has no data and still it shows disk full. Gave it to a customer care centre in chandigarh two months back while it was still in warranty and after calling them repeatedly. They have now replied saying that i have to pay 3300 rupees. Why should i pay when it was still in guarantee period. Very bad service Lava. I will never buy another product from your company ever again! Pathetic service.
