WD has launched its My Passport X portable hard drive in India. Launched in its 2TB variant, the My Passport X portable drive is priced at Rs. 8,715 and will be available on Amazon.
Meant for gamers, the WD My Passport X portable drive can be connected to an
Xbox One console or a PC, and features USB 3.0 connectivity. Not requiring a separate power supply, the portable drive is also claimed to be built for durability and shock tolerance.
The storage solutions company adds that the WD My Passport X portable hard drive offers a simple setup process, with on-screen instructions.
WD will offer a 2-years' limited regional warranty with the My Passport X portable hard drives. Weighing in at 231 grams, the hard drive measures 21x82x110mm. Apart from the Xbox One, the hard drive is compatible with Windows and Mac based computers.
