HP Launches New Pavilion 11 x360 Laptops at Rs. 42,990 on GOSF 2014 Day 1

HP has launched its latest Pavilion 11 x360 laptops in India at Google's Great Online Shopping Festival (GOSF). Priced at Rs. 42,990, the silver coloured HP Pavilion 11-n108TU x360 and the red coloured HP Pavilion 11-n109TU x360 comes with same specifications as the previously launched HP Pavilion 11-n016tu x360, except the new 5th generation Intel Core M-5Y10C processors.

As a part of the GOSF sale, HP is offering an additional two-year warranty (worth Rs. 5,999) and 1 year McAfee Internet Security subscription (worth Rs. 1,399) for free with HP Pavilion 11-n108TU x360 and Pavilion 11-n109TU x360.

Both laptops appear to be identical, except for the colour. The HP Pavilion 11-n108TU x360 (Silver) and Pavilion 11-n109TU x360 (Red), run Windows 8.1 (64-bit) and feature the same 11.6-inch HD LED-backlit touchscreen with a resolution of 1366x768 pixels as the earlier Pavilion 11 x360 models. They feature Beats Audio technology.

The processor is Intel Core M-5Y10c (4M cache, up to 2.00 GHz, 2 cores, 4 threads). coupled with 4GB of 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM. The storage option on both devices is 500GB 5400rpm SATA hard drive. The laptops measure 30.8x21.5x2.19cm and weight starts from 1.4kg.

Lenovo on Tuesday announced the launch of its Yoga Tablet 2 Pro in India to be part of GOSF 2014. The device is available to buy exclusively form Flipkart starting December 10 at Rs. 49,490.

The highlighted features of the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro include built-in pico projector that can project an image of up to 50-inches in size and an 8-watt sound system with a JBL-powered subwoofer. The tablet can also be positioned in 4 modes, namely Hang mode, Stand mode, Hold mode and Tilt mode.
