Epson has introduced a new printer for the Indian market Epson SureColor SC-S30670. Epson SureColor SC-S30670 is a 64-inch eco-solvent wide format printer that can print posters, signs, banners, backlit panels, vehicle wraps, exhibition displays etc.

This is the first ever eco-solvent-based printer to use the Epson's proprietary Micro Piezo Thin Film Piezo (TFP) print head, which is engineered to deliver double the nozzle density with 720 nozzles per colour. This capability helps in enhancing the image quality of the pictures printed and also increase the speed of the printer.

"The Epson SureColor SC-S30670 is the best-in-line signage printer for businesses prioritising total cost of ownership and performance as Epson provides a one-year warranty for all machine parts, while the new ink set enables greater flexibility on media choice thereby reducing printing cost," explains Samba Moorthy, Director - Sales & Marketing, Epson India.

He further adds that the newly formulated Epson UltraChrome GS2 eco-solvent inks will have light-fastness for up to three years, including yellow colour which is often the weakest ink in the ink set, therefore delivering long-lasting prints.
