Dell announces three new laptops

Dell has announced three new laptops in its business laptop Vostro 3000 series - the Vostro 3360, Vostro 3460 and Vostro 3560.

Mahesh Bhalla, Executive Director & General Manager at Dell India said: "We design our products understanding the IT needs of growing businesses, we listen to their pain points on a regular basis and keep upgrading our products keeping in mind their suggestions and technological innovation".

The new Vostro laptops offer three sizes - 33.02 cm (13"), 35.56 cm (14") and 38.1 cm (15"), and are available in three colours - Aberdeen Silver, Brisbane Bronze and Lucerne Red. They are equipped with the Intel third generation processors and large battery. In terms of connectivity these laptops have HD webcam and microphone, Waves MaxxVoice Pro, Bluetooth 4.0 (only in Vostro 3360 & 3460).

Standard fingerprint readers, file and folder encryption via digital PersonaFile Protection software, and Trend Micro security software ensure that critical data is securely protected, while Dell DataSafe Online Backup safeguards data via online back-up to a remote storage site. Additionally, when customers select Dell's ProSupport service, they will receive 24/7 support, and Dell's optional Accidental Damage Service.

The Vostro 3560 laptop is now available on www.dell.com and from registered Dell channel partners starting at Rs. 42,990; the Vostro 3360 from Rs. 44,990 and the Vostro 3460 from Rs. 41,990 (all rates are exclusive of taxes). The new series will be available from June 21st.
