The product is extremely Good . Body is not that sturdy but each function is Good and at par. Any product if used nicely functions very well and long term. I recommend buying this machine as my Panasonic service engineer ( the machine which lasted not more than 4 years) stated that its a wise choice as internally all are same when it comes to service. Rest all is brand and mind game.

Not so good product i had received defective washing machine.. wash select button for gentle or hard wash is not working..koryo representative came open the panel & fix the button but now a sound is coming from wash button when the motor start spins. Product is defective....

Please don't buy this product...its not working and also tried so many times to call customer care but nobody is responding, waste of money.

Don't even think of buy it, very bad quality and the baddest services in the world
