machine seems good just install and used from today. but installation done after 1 week of delivery of product means service is not much good

i have used this fridge 1 months, hense i am putting my comments. it's very good fridge with digital inverter compressor, elegant design, smart control (no need to set temperature) it will set automatically. electricity bill also minimum.

I felt its a value to the money spent

Koryo Customer service: No one came for installation. I installed it myself. It was easy though.Customer service numbers are useless, calls don't get answered. customer service calls me after 15days to fix an appointment for installation.Great product and great price. Generous freezer space. It can hold more than you can think of. Fridge section is ample too. Apart from food that you store there is enough space for a crate of beer cans and wines

It's worth buying it.It's economic.Inverter compressor is good.Earlier I was little hesitated to buy as our mindset is stuck to brand nameI also took one month before writing this review. Now it's working from past one month.The only con is the size of freezer. It's 1:1 with fridge. Usually it remains 1:2 or 1:1.5

Awesome refrigerator.. size is very big than expected. Look and built quality is excellent.. many shelves, no noise, low power consumption aprx 1.2 units/day.. child lock and temperature control touch panel are other features.. the only con is not convert freezer into normal mode...

Value for money product really sturdy build energy efficient inverter technology that makes noise free operation .

There seems to be a problem with the fridge compartment as it?s not keeping cold even at 2 degrees and our vegetables are getting spoiler even when kept in the crisper tray.Even the unit has many dents when received. Will observe for a few more days before I lodge an official complaint

What I like about this product is the huge storage space.. no complaints about delivery as well.. It was Prompt.. Installation prompt ..thats all about it... Nothing else.. Shelves are basic.. No spl area for dairy products.. The installation guy knew nothing about the product..its been 9 months since I purchased.. Whatever I keep in the fridge side goes bad... Batter, atta veggies..u name it😒.. Now this covid time... U won't believe people..the toll free number does not work..can raise complaint Only thru mail.. U can imagine... Now now am forced to call a private technician n pay thru my nose.. Somewhere bet 2k &3k.. Extremely pathetic service I would say.. So people, even though a little pricy, pl opt for a branded refrigerator...n pl do not commit the mistake I made, by purchasing this koryo brand refrigerator.. U will regret later.. Recieved a damaged dent door as new

No one came for installation. We have called about 15 days but they were giving dates but after one month also no one came. We have installed but want to know about various functions and operation. 42kis not a small amount. Customer service is very bad. Phone service is also useless they keep us waiting for 5/7 minutes but of no use.

Pathetic customer support from Koryo.I received damaged product and its been a month i am running behind Koryo for a replacement. Amazon showed us policy of NO HELP which was totally unexpected.

Stupid refrigerator in the world. Whole left side is getting frozen. That means 50% working as freezer and 50% refrigerator. After reaching customer care also not getting proper response. Please never buy this product.
