After sales service is very pathetic
And call centre employees is very poor response They don't know how to complaint resolve and how to revert on customer mail.I had purchased TV on 23 rd January 2023.After installation I facing issue TV was not proper work.I raised complaint to Amazon they guide don't return your issue will resolved.Then after sometimes again facing problem.

Bought tv on day before from Meera Trader Nagpur, yesterday three technicians called for installation but no ne turned up. Today also not responding to phone calls.

I've brought a 55 inch Kodak tv
Within 3 months of the purchase, the device's mother board didn't work
A complaint is been raised and the company send another part (mother board)
The new part aslo didn't worked. The service guy now ordered another part. How can I trust the new one. I may also glitch some problem.
By then my warranty might get expired. The company won't be responsible anymore.
We switched off the tv since last month due to this.
I highly recommend not to buy this company's product

Product quality is very cheap. Personal experience in a period of 1.5 years of warranty the TV was replaced thrice. Now the TV again started showing problems like remote not connecting and wifi not turning on.
Honestly a bad upgrade.
