"KenStar", the established brand speaks volumes about the unit and it is needless to say that it is very much the most quality product available amongst the common man affordable brands and price bracket.The initial one was missing w.r.t the base wheels so I had to return it for a replacement order. The replaced item is now all fine with 5 wheels supplied along with the unit...One just needs to fix them to the unit after unpacking the box.....Just go for it without any hesitation and make your summer a chilled one...😊👍

Not a whispier quiet cooler.. The noise level is same as other coolers.

Excellent product. However it does not have a remote control .Could have included a remote control for the price.Would have given 5 stars in case of a remote control.

�I don't know about remote part in rating.there is no remote with this device.Overall size and built are good.Better than my previous symphony cooler as there are hatches given to remove or replace the honey web pads on your own.Good for medium to small room.

Package is good, product arrived without any damage.. but noise level is very high even in lower modes

Body plastic material is good, Fan is durable and high air flow with auto swing option.

Fan Air flow is fast and get cooling. But make noise as other cooler. No ice chamber find in cooler as per displayed about cooler. It is required water outlet drain facility...But everything is ok...👍

Wonderful cooler to beat the summer heat. Has wheels, 80Lts, and less noise as compared to the air it throws.
