I purchased same model with remote. The experience so far in awesome. It's value for money. I bought it for 10k for remote model from local shop.

Cooling not upto the mark. I dont like this product. Air flow is not good.

I am rating it after 2 years. This cooler is 2 years old. But I have used 4 months hardly. I used it on top floor.Good*1. It throws cool air upto 10 feet. It will not let you feel hot.2. It has auto fill from tap. It has ice Chamber in too. Ice Chamber can be used for filling water. There is a Place to fill water at front.3. The plastic body is hard, strong, light weight.Bad*1. I used 4 months. The fan started to move Slow. The swinging stopped working. The parts are not durable.2. This consumes heavy electricity bill. I used it for average 13 hours a day. It consumes 3.5 unit and 100 unit per month. It has 185 watt power consumption. Better You buy other brand.3. Tried contacting customer care on email, phone. No service. They only sales. There is no service.

Kenstar air coolers are good as i am using from the last 2 years but durability & service is very very bad. Every year i need to repair it and it costs very expensive and getting service also very tough . I suggest better not to consider kenstar if u r looking for air coolers
