I got what I was expecting. Nice product.

Useful for small room. It covers only limited area. Handling is easy and comfortable. Looks decent enough. Cooling is quite as expected.

Noise level could have been reduced...

I am using kenstar glam 50R, bade bhaiyya of 35R. Its pretty nice. Works all night and quarter a day once fully filled.Nice cooling. You can put ice in the top compartment to make the water more chill.I have been using this for 3 years now. No issues till now. Definitely a product worth buying.It has got a remote control to control the fan speed, pump on/off, swing control on/off and power on/off.The only issue one can have is that its vent are pretty high above the ground. So if you are lying on the ground near to it you will not get direct air on to you. You need to be at a height.Rest everything is perfect.

Really very much disappointed with this product...but looking stunning and remote control working very well..but it's useful single person only,,if you want cool air should be very close to cooler .otherwise we shouldn't have any cool air ...air will come but not cool air....that's y I return this....

Not happy with performance. No adequate cooling for a 10*10 room.

Worst Product ever, I am super disappointed after purchasing this product I would recommend a table fan better then this Cooler.

HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE. I AM DENIED SERVICE AND REPAIR STATING THAT MY HOUSE IS 18 KMS AWAY FROM SERVICE CENTRE SO I AM NOT ENTITLED FOR SERVICE AFTER MAKING MORE THAN 100 CALLS. IF I WANT SERVICE I SHOULD BRING THIS COOLER TO SERVICE CENTRE MYSELF ON MY EXPENSE.3. OVERPRICED REPLACEMENT PARTS. A SIMPLE WATER PUMP IS COSTING RS. 800/-. WHICH IS EASILY AVAILABLE FOR RS. 300 OF BRANDED COMPANIES. NOW SEE YOURSELF WHAT MERIT IS LEFT TO BUY THIS CHEAP COMPANY PRODUCT.TAKE MY ADVICE FRIENDS STAY AWAY.

It was delivered without remote.......and am getting no response from ur end ...........very bad review its not even fresh product it looks like demo model in showroom switches are worn out

Only 10 months good condition. after water leakage continues. Don't select this productAnd Customer service wrost.
