I am writing this review after 1 year using.machine didn't gave me any trouble till date.daily it is running no issues.10 year warranty is there.let us see how much it will push.satisfied product.Go for it.

Easy to operate n very nice performance

Product is Good but installation person never shown up. When I contacted Flipkart customer support they said as per their record installation already finished but the engineer never shown up on my doorstep and I have to do the installation all by myself. I am giving here 5 star only for Product and Delivery not for the support and installation. Installation and Support I would give ZERO!

Nice product

ordered a electrolux and was super disappointed with attitude of installation staff and defects in product.. this Kelvinator machine is way better and service was quick without any ifs and buts.. Flipkart delivery is always good !!!

Flipkart - 4/5 (Delivery could have been faster, took more than 4 days) Courier Partner - 1/5 (These guys refused to deliver at your doorstep) Washing Machine - 3/5 I have been using IFB Front loader for the past 15 years and it broken down. Hence decided to buy this one. Machine is not at all heavy makes it shaky during spin (Hence 1 star less). Machine does not have "ADD EXTRA WATER" function to its programs. (Hence 1 star less). Overall Verdict - Its a good product inside the 20k other options.

The worst experience I have ever had. One month after I bought this, it stopped working completely. And there was no response from customer care. I kept calling and mailing them for two months, but there was not any response from them. After buying this product, you just have to waste your time and money. So, avoid this product and avoid online shopping of electronic items.
