Engineer doesn't know about this model, they refused to give us update. Please help.

Initially I liked the machine even if no one came for installation, we still managed to work it out. But using for just couple of months, spin has stopped working. We contacted customer care thrice and engineer came once ager that and still he wasn't able to solve the issue. Again we contacted them and still no response. Its been a week since then and still no response. My only advice please don't buy this machine if you can give 2000 to 3000 rupees more then buy from some good brand.

- Missing basic features of a fully automatic washing machine. - You cannot set time to wash. - You cannot set the number of times to rinse. - You cannot set the number of minutes to spin (dry). - The instruction manual given is pathetic. Full of grammatical mistakes in every sentence. It reflects the kind of dumb people that work in this company and the company itself. - The stupid engineer who came for demo had no knowledge of the product and kept fumbling around with random clicks.

DEMO PROGRAM UNSATISFIED

dont buy before warranty 5 times complaint each time take 3months to rectify. lost time they cannot rettyfy .Intex customer support is good,but Visakhapatnam service centre owner very bad they don't no what is complaint ,and they closing complete we don,they cheating customers and Intex also.
