Intex 32 Inch LED HD Ready TV (LED-3210) User Reviews and Ratings

As per my experience, Intex products are ok, value for money but there's one catch. Their services are extremely lousy and their pathetic services more than make up for their ok quality product. I bought an Intex TV around 4 years ago and now it's having problems such as sudden on- off, blue screen for prolonged periods etc. We called their customer care, they sent an engineer, who just came, opened the TV from the back, saw things, clicked a few pictures and said, ?Ji aapka TV thik hai, set top box kharab hai?. Even a layman can understand that if the TV is turning on off by itself, the set top box has no part to play in the problem. We also called a service person from TATA Sky to check our set top box. He also pointed out that the fault is with the TV. The Intex engineer straight away refused these claims and closed our request from the Service Centre. We again called to raise the request that our product has not been fixed, please send an engineer, the Service Centre kept cancelling our requests on the lie told by the engineer that ?In hone apna TV bahar se khulwaya hai". On top of all this, these buggers forcefully charge 600?700 Rs as a service charge just to come to your homes and open and tighten 4 screws in the TV, real mature!! Way to go Intex, nice way to treat your customers. I won't be shocked if this company totally shuts down or gets written off in the future.

Last 3 years I am using 32" Intex smart TV. Within a 6 month my remote is got damage. Till the time and taking follow up with my showroom person and other shops as well. But I receiving same copied answer this kind of original remote you never gate in a market due to company stop production of it. Now now question is this how can I operate my TV. Now this TV is totally useless for me. Part of sound quality also very very poor it's like a dubbing sound comes from TV. My request to you all please do not connect with Intex because of I lost my 27000 rupees band of bloody remote as well not happy with TV sound quality.

Before buying this TV, I had couple of options in my mind. Micromax , Intex and Toshiba. Finally visited the local showroom and compared all these 3 brands. Here are my reviews why i am recommending Intex out of these 3 brands. 1) Display - Excellent Display Quality - If u compare full HD & HD ready, not much difference. 2) Sound - Excellent Sound Quality compared to these 2 products. 3) Magical Remote 4) Operating System - Much better OS than MMx & Toshiba. 5) Price - Much Cheaper than both. I got this TV for 13390/- 6) Customer Service - Much Better than MMX. Overall this is the best TV in 32 inch Ranges .... Blindly go for it. Micromax is totally confused as they have more than 20 models in 32 inches , can't decide which one to choose.

Good service from flipkart, installation done in second day, good product, faster delivery. TV's clarity was good

Before purchasing I ad many questions about TV. Though I have ordered for the TV. The product was deliverd without any damage. Later the service man did installation (of course free). The TV quality is good. Sound levles are medium..But OK for closed room. Able to play many movie formats via USB.

So far so good. Everything works as expected and the clarity of the TV especially HD is very good. It can play 4K videos with out flaws. It is light weight so easy to fix anywhere in your home. More reviews will come as and when I use it.

Got delivered by 4 days. Carefully packed and inspected the product on delivery by staff itself before accepting it.Flipkart provide Fast delivery, good quality product,excellence customer support. Satisfied with service

product is good and supply and installation is very fast. only sound is less in this product, that is not fit for big room, very good ws retail.

As I am seeing that remote is not included in accessories Also I want to know from post buyers that can i purchase it ?

I bought it 15 days ago and got delivery on time from flipkart and got same day installation also. Sound and picture quality is good. Even it supports dual sound video.

Oder on 30/06/2015,Delivered within 3 days with good packing, installed within 1 day. While booking the warranty is 3 years, after 3 days it was decreased to 1 year.Made complaint to grevince officer, he responded soon and said warranty is 3 years and will receive proof but till today (24-07-2015) i didn't receive any proof of warranty. Display is not clear blurred faces in all channels. Use of pendrive movies also blurred.

TV is awesome... but the problem come arrive on sound every time sound is bursting.. there have option of bass and treble...bass is not working good... when i do the level of bass low again the sound is bursting... everything is excellent only problem comes on sound audio...it have 2 USB port so nice... but when i connect the usb through mobile not working only pendrive working...Thanks to flipkart for fast and smooth delivery...

I BOUGH INTEX LED. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE FLIPKART MENTIONED THREE YEARS WARRANTY. BUT WHEN I RECD TV ONLY ONE YEAR WARRANTY WAS GIVEN. I CONTACT FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE AND FOLLOW THEM FOR TWO MONTHS CONTINUOUSLY. BUT THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE AND FINALLY SAID THAT ONLY ONE YEAR WARRANTY IS THERE ON THE PRODUCT. I HAVE FILED A SUIT AGAINST THEM IN CONSUMER FORM.
