Installation Very bad serviceacvery good performance

The service is pathetic and all the engineers are absolutely foolish and know nothing about installation.

After 1 month of purchasing the gas has to be refilled.otherwise all are good.

No cooling gas inside .Gas leaked .so immediately replace the product . Not able run and functions properly . Totally annoyed by faulty product receiving

Very worst product.. don't go for this product.. got a complaint one and for getting their customer service number.. my one day got spoiled.. plz don't purchase this product by seeing the price..

Sir just within 1 week water is poring in room call on 9560884349, pathetic service by Amazon as they are using intelligent digital network as service provider, they don't have a experienced technicians faulty installation, as AC water was leaking in room and no cooling at all. Amazon told to call Intex, Intex send technical person he told as Amazon has been outsourcing Intex InstalIation so this installation was not done by authorised service provider so this make AC out of warranty. As per Amazon they get it done by Intex team. Which is wrong as for all brands AC they have a single most pathetic service provider. I.e intelligent digital services. Which has worst service. Now Intex is asking Rs1500 for fixing this issue
