Opera claims that its mobile browser is the weapon of choice for over 100 million people worldwide and is being used on more than 3000 devices. Now, Opera has launched the latest edition of its mobile browsers, the Opera Mini 6 and the Opera Mobile 11.
So what's new in the updates? To start with, since the mobile devices today have larger screens, the Opera browsers boast of smoother and faster scrolling, panning and zooming.
If you like to share what you find online, the new browser has a share button letting you share your findings via Facebook, Twitter, vKontakte or My Opera.
If a tablet is your portable companion, the Opera browser has been optimized to take advantage of a tablets large screen.
The Opera Mini 6 browser is available for J2ME, Android, BlackBerry and Symbian/S60 phones.
The Opera Mobile 11 browser is available on Android, Symbian, Windows 7 desktop, MeeGo and Maemo platforms.
