GSF India, which began life in 2012 as an incubator for India-based startups, has now gone global with the launch of the Global Accelerator Program. The accelerator will connect 11 startups - which were selected were selected from a pool of more than 500 applications from across the world - to peers, mentors, advisors and investors in India, Singapore, San Francisco, New York, Boston, and Toronto.

The third batch of the GSF accelerator that began earlier this month includes - for the very first time - three startups based outside India. These include the Taiwan-based pxify that caters to the US and Canadian audiences, Hashtago from Ukraine, and the Indo-Canadian TripMD.
