Black Friday deals have already started pouring out, and all the major companies seem to have pulled their socks up in order to provide tough competition to local retailers. In order to celebrate Black Friday, Apple is offering gift cards for specified product purchases, while Microsoft has now started offering discounted deals on its products on the Microsoft Store.

Earlier this week, a dedicated webpage on the Apple's website teased a one-day shopping event on November 25 on account of Black Friday. Even though the company doesn't have a reputation of offering big discounted deals, the teaser raised hopes that it might offer something special this year for the Black Friday shopping event. However, as it turns out, Apple is still offering gift cards for specified product purchases as part of its Black Friday celebration. It should be noted that company's recent products are not a part of this deal.

Apple's Black Friday deals are reportedly live in just New Zealand and Australia for, but the listings confirm the approximate discount that can be expected in other regions in including US. The Black Friday gift cards range from AUD 35 (roughly Rs. 1,800) to AUD 200 (roughly Rs. 10,200). The Black Friday deals notably exclude iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, Apple Watch Series 2, and the Touch Bar models of MacBook Pro 2016. However, the deals do cover the 13-inch model of MacBook Pro 2016 without the Touch Bar.

On the other hand, Microsoft is now offering some of its premium products at discounted prices as part of its Black Friday sale on the Microsoft Store. The Redmond-based company is now offering its Surface Pro 4 variant with Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM with 256GB SSD for $999 (roughly Rs. 68,400), which is $430 (roughly Rs. 29,400) less than its usual price.

Further, the company is offering the Surface Book model with Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM with 256GB SSD at $1,499 (roughly Rs. 1.02 lakhs) compared with its usual price tag of $1,899 (roughly Rs. 1.3 lakhs). The Microsoft Store also lists the Dell Inspiron 15 i5559 Signature Edition at $399 (roughly Rs. 27,300), which is $350 (roughly Rs. 23,950) less than its standard price.

The Microsoft Store has also slashed the price of Alienware 15 Touch Signature Edition gaming laptop to $1,497 (roughly Rs. 1.02 lakhs) from its retail price of $2,499 (roughly Rs. 1.7 lakhs) as part of its sale. Microsoft is also offering its gaming console Xbox One S at a discount of $50 (roughly Rs. 3,400) for $249 (roughly Rs. 17,000) as part of its Black Friday sale. The company is also giving away a gift code worth $25 (roughly Rs. 1,700) and a select game as part of this deal.
